I got this charming personal message from Mr Steve Tindall this afternoon:

Gob !!!!!
Hey mouthpiece instead of hiding behind a pc would you like to meet face to face and lets see you slag me of then.

You know nothing im sorting everything out the best i can not that is got !!!! all to do with you.

If this keeps up i will go bankrupt and everyone will get !!!! all im doing my best.,


If enquiring customers have received anything like this response, it's not surprising they lack confidence in Mr Tindall's customer service.

If the company fulfil their orders and/or give refunds that would be the best outcome for everyone. Again, I look forward to updates from customers who have had their concerns resolved, even if it is "!!!! all to do with me".

steve if you go bankrutp you still be paying your debt in a the form of an IPA /IPO plus the OR . Moreover if you have ansy asset such as car, van house be preared to llose them as the Or will seize them so you can repay your creditor !
Also if you have taking order and not delivering them which will lead you into a lot of trouble with the OR ( to which you dont want to mess with up with) such as OR investogtion a BRO/BRu agasint you and possible legal action against you .
also keep in mind that debt arising from fraudulent activity are not wiped off by bankruptcy so be carefull befoper threatening others !

bankruptyc is not a jail out card as everyone think it is , there is a very dark side to it .

You want to learn English before you start lol. I am not still trading and will not be so as i keep telling you all the refunds will be coming the word fraud is the wrong one it is with regret what has happened it is being sorted. I know what happens if i go bankrupt as i have looked into it but i am trying to do the right thing. Now go and learn English you idiot.

no they haven't. Perhaps you have sorted one or two, but the feedback I am getting is that donations were never made, there are loads of people you owe money to, some going back to the beginning of March, Raffles you started and then declined to fulfil prizes.

If you are so sincere about refunds, why not respond to your paypal disputes now rather than letting them run, also why lie about being bankrupt in the first place?

If you'd been polite you would actually have got stacks of help on here, but too many lies and excuses to all your customers, plus that attitude (which I've also been on the end of, as have lots of people who have decided to challenge you), makes for a sorry tale.

it doesn't mater if you are still trading or not ... if the insolvency service found out that you have taken order with no delivery being ever done be sure you will be for a very tough ride with the Official receiver.
moreover if you knew you were incolvent and to continue as you do, it wil be a sure way for you to get a BRO/BRU.
I am sorry to hear about your comment about my english i haven't insulting you in any way . I have just let you know some hard fact about BR .
Wether you like it or not the OR goes with a very fine tooth comb about your conduct and your financial affairs.

I have seen some of the review around the net and ti seems to have a running theme with your company about order not being delivered .

I have come across promises like this on the forums before, in past (and I could post some of the links if you like), this has been used as a delay tactic, as in the cases I read, the monies never came after they "bunked" on the promise.

This is not to say you are intending to do likewise, but my advice to anybody affected, is to pursuit this either from a chargeback with the bank, via Trading Standards, or small claims, continue to force every channel available to you, up until this "promise of payment" has been relinquished, only then should you stop using "alternative" measures for refund.


I would not hold my breath that you are as a good as your word, I have seen this kind of delay tactic far too many times before to be convinced by it, however if these refunds begin to sprout, you wont have anything to worry about, as I am sure each victim will be more than happy to post the results on this forum. Until such a time, if I was in your shoes, I would EXPECT each victim, will use whatever methods it takes to get their money back, as they are perfectly entitled to do.

I guess we shall see the results as and when they happen, just as you will yourself
