    Well this is the thing, no one is going to chase him for £1.50, which is why he probably feels safe. I feel sorry for those buying through free ads and don't have a clue

    Have reported the gum tree ads today for a start so hoping they'll be pulled

    Just to let you know you arent the only person. £120 i paid for 2 runs on 1st March. After many excuses and emails was sent 2 runs Thursday 1st April damdaged so i resued them on the advise of parcelforce. well he refused to refund money so now Paypal are delaing with it.

    emails I get are rude and abusive.

    The problem I think we are going to have is that as this is outside ebay, we wont automatically get a refund if he has cleared out his account.

    I am going to call paypal tonight to scout out some info, might be worth your while too

    another idea why not contacting trading standard to report his action because if his acting as a company and still taking order and not delivered them i am sure this can be class as fraud ?
