Lilac - you'd have him back on the dual carraigeway within 5 mins - he is totally oblivious to dirt and would live in a sh*t tip without noticing, he thinks tidy is clean:cool:, glad the EA's have been - have you checked that website to see what others get for their houses o/h is always checking - nosey toerag. Dont think the market is that flat - girl at work sold house within 3 days and another within 2 weeks, think its all down to who you use and how much you keep in contact with them to push your house. - Are you doing it through a solicitors?

Saucy - still feeling carp- totally shattered slept for 3 hrs this afternoon! wish i had some cake to eat - nice rich fruit cake with lots of icing and marzipan - i suppose i could scoff the icing and marzipan thats in the cupboard but wouldnt be quite the same. Use yoour insurance - thats what its there for and think how much better you would be after the op. increase in premiums so what -if your feeling better then you'll be earning more so the increase in premiums is irrelevant

as for the previous posts about dribbling yeah some of it is irrelevant at the time but i know i would have given up by now or be sitting at about £500 and who else can you turn to for advice and motivation without scorn, negativity etc, and with the banter it would be interesting to see who came up with new ideas through it. i know i would never have opened a folksy site, i have the stuff ready now to do a cake demo day(lilac your still on my volunteers list!), took a wee cleaning job.
So thanks as if it wasnt for here i dont know what i would have done with o/h's wage dropping drastically apart from reach for the credit card!

Awwwwww we got our very own spammer. Now turned into a toad :D

Skint, very well done on reaching the 2k.

MAP - 10p a book sounds like an absolute bargain. I think I love you. As long as you're not plotting to offload all the dregs on a starving bookworm :D

Had a thought earlier that made me feel better. I have actually made some money through the challenge ... thanks to Saucy
