From Trash to Cash: the Dribbling never ends

I can hardly wait to move, I will be nagging them everyday next week for the keys! I want my own space!!! No more sleeping on the couch, no more having to stay up til 1 or 2am because everyone else is still watching telly in the same room as the couch!

Now just need to get things for the flat as have so little left after losing most everything I owned at xmas. Going to maybe hit some charity shops this weekend and see what I can find for the new flat! New adventure now, and going to start living again! Simply and happily x

short version of story - not for much longer

long version of story and the reason why - I think far too long, but bottom line, something he said and insisted on and that just is NOT going to happen. He effectively said now that I am working that I could have the rent, ctax, food, utils etc all come out of my bank account by DD and that he would save his money then for rallies, holiday etc. Also stated that as his son pays around £200 a month board that he would put that money away as well. I mean really, do I have MUG written on my forehead?!?

ohhhh not thought of that!! Was just going to go and visit some charity shops. The only thing I am going to really struggle with is prob a telly, but that can wait if need be, not bothered for the moment.

ummmmm how do I find where to look for that? *sheepish smirky grin*

Update: found I had already subscribed to our local group and just had a nosey, nothing going there at all, but then there rarely is to be honest from what I remember when I first signed up to it about 2 years ago....

well i did a not very mse thing today and went to dfs ,shame your in nottingham munchki as i could have given you suite and tv just about to stick them on edinburgh gumtree you could try there see if there is anything on freebie

more advice. how do you choose an estate agent??? we have had them up, one discounted an not that good but 2 decent ones
