    LOL, we were sort of thrown together with the broken down car, it was only supposed to be a lunch date/meeting lol

    still Munchki, you got somewhere to stay for a little while out of it (not ideal, but somewhere), a job and now a flat of your own....

    lilac p.m. me who you have spoken to - have moved 4 time in the last 12 years and have an idea who to keep away from. What about advertising yourself in the Courier first then you'll only have solicitors fees?


    munchki - how about the ebay distance nearest for pick up only?, i think it was elly who picked up some stuff that way well below value. (there is an easier way to do it but cant remember)

    did the old 4 years no interest i have bought a red 3 seater and black recliner and chair hubby thinks i'm mad but i had this dream you see .we put up black and white wall paper in dining room for selling so i want that on fireplace wall the other 3 white with the red 3 seater and 2 black chairs with black and white cushions on with black chandelier(got from ebay for £1.24) lady says the floor is sanded underneath bogging carpet but we will see and there is room for daughters piano .
    when we got home today neighbours said their sale had fallen through they were supposed to move today and got told yesteday fingers and toes crossed
    So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x

    That is an idea, just dont have a clue how to search that way, will give it a go in a bit.

    estate agents this is what i learned
    1. check opening times and websites give them a phone see how quick and politely they answer phone
    2.if you use 2 you have to pay both a percentage of sale
    3.some seem to sell a certain price range easier than others
    4.they all talk carp to get your buisiness if skint knows them take her advice for local ones
    So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x
