I know it works, I went to weigtwatchers last year and lost 7lbs the first week ....i was there about a month and lost 11lbs
Thing is its online and not sure if I will stick to it if I dont have to face the ritual humiliation of going on the scales at a meeting

At least you started! I will start Monday honest and you can kick me if I dont-no excuses this time, when the best time to weigh yourself is it morning or evening?

Yep deffo-it starts on Monday hun :-) ...uurggghh I hate diets/healthy eating-whatever you call it it still sucks. I'm designed to run on pizza and chocolate ;-)
