LOL Skint - Barcelona won't know what's hit it when the Dribblers come to town. It'll make the hen parties look positively tame. In fact, Mabel can bring over a suitcase of merkins (try explaining that one to customs) and flog them to hen parties.

Saucy, Sevilla is famous for its oranges. I think they're the ones used for marmalade.

is there not a nudist beach just outside Barcelona? We could hit there too and get Mabel on the international merkin Map, - oh to be able to live these little daydreams what a scream that would be!

Skint, a friend dragged me to the nudist beach once (no I did not disrobe), and scream is exactly what I wanted to do ... it was not a pretty sight. They need burkhas, not merkins. I still have nightmares.

Saucy- as long as your OH has the remote control, phone and takeaway phone number he'll be fine! You just need to concentrate on yourself, I know it's not the same but we're all here for you.

Good evening everyone, the munchki has returned from her self inflicted kick up the backside seclusion to sort herself out once and for all abscence *whew*

To start with, Hales, could you please cross out everything on my to do list as it is ALL done!!! *does the happy dance!*

Signed on with the Council yesterday afternoon and refused to leave the office until I was seen, my application was reviewed and I was told how many points I have etc and then insisted they look up every available place that was actually currently available. RESULT!! They rang me this morning and have offered me a rather nice one bedroom flat, will just take a week or two to get the keys as the builders still have them as they were repainting etc.

I have also found out that for the moment my job is secure, low paid, but a job all the same. I also have figured out how I am going to do the quillows, just need to get the lead for my machine and then source fabric etc, but plans are now in the works for them.

I finally feel like I can breathe again and that the past 15 months of pure hell and I do mean pure hell have sapped everything I have inside me and there have been many many days where I have wanted to quit and at times in the very literal sense of quit. I have however someway and somehow managed to keep going, Yes I am well proud of myself and maybe that is wrong. I still have some battles to fight, ie. the divorce, car. But now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I once again feel hope.

I owe so much to so many of you, there is positively no way I can thank you all enough for all of your support, shoulders to cry on, hand holding and so much more. I have met some precious friends on here and I am eternally grateful.

Anyway, I have waffled enough. Thank you for all the dribble, without all of it, merkins included *smirk* I would NOT be where I am right now.

wow Munchki, am so glad things are turning a corner, yeah you still have things to deal with but at least you'll have the security of your own place so at least you will be able to cope with the rest and breathe your own air! good on you for stcking to your guns
