    morning everyone,

sorry I've been away for the weekend. but had my eldest DD and between her and my youngest DD they managed to destroy my bank balance at the metrocentre. lol.

Babymoo, hope things are ok with you. was shocked to read about what happened with the neighbours. Hope they pull through.

All this talk about losing weight must be rubing off. My OH goes to SW and has lost just over 2stone in 9 weeks, so with her doing so well and all you lot talking about weight and losing it, I thought I'd take the plunge and join in.

Weighed myself last night...... all I will say is
Quite a long way to go but what choice do I have, it is easier to make a healthy family meal for everyone than 2 or 3 different meals each day.

In addition to this I have also decided to stop smoking, they are just too expensive.

    Day 1 of No Smoking.
    Day 1 of Healthy lifestyle.

I'm already feeling hungry and I think need a tab. HELP!!!!!
Would like to: Retire at 54. 19yrs .Clear mortgage by 50. 16yrs. Clear Secured debts by 43. 8yrs.Clear Unsecured debt by 39. 4yrs. Gain full control of my finances by 36. 1yr.Keep my head above water. Today.
