You guys may know I am an ok computer programmer - however as a cook I completely suck.
I put this down to the difference in the mindsets required - A programmer is required to be very logical and break every problem down into smaller problems and the smaller problems into minute problems and solve the minute problems.
However this process has no limitation and you simply keep working on every problem until you have dissected it enough to find a solution.
The problem I find with cooking, is if you keep doing this you either end up with pieces sooo small that you may have liquidised it - the food looks cooked on the outside yet is raw in the middle (my normal mistake) or burning the food (My other mistake)
therefore I stay away from cooking wherever possible£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!
