Hey skint you are doing so well and you are obviously going to need better tools than the ones you've got.
That church sounds exciting. wish it was here but then I wouldn't have the money either.
You wouldn't need the full amount upfront though. why not contact them and see if they would be up for renting it to you for a year with the right to buy at a pre-agreed price at the end. If you can show you can run a good business there you may be more likely to get the finance you need.

Jo - if only! have even thought "wonder if i could rent space out" to cover part of the loan to the likes of Lilac and other skilled crafters as its only about 7 miles from her but its a lot of money that i dont have and o/h is not a risk taker, but well i can dream maybe oneday!

maybe put a shout out and form some kind of cooperative and buy it jointly with some others as a kind of umbrella organisation from which you each rent space. maybe some of the people already involved with it might be interested too.

  • I sincerly hope I dont have to go down the way I have in mind... as I will end up just like my client in the BR Court. The amount this client pays - is in effect the about 50% of the monthly profit which pays my wage, hence the mortgage and puts food on the table.

Just means I need to regain my focus and start pushing two or three projects into live.
    £4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

dont take this the wrong way am sure that you have looked at these before but can you look at outgoings, changing gas/electricity supplier, car insurance, mobile provider, if wages have dropped drastically tax credits, council tax rebate, an hours ebaying at night?
