thanks susan, so are you saying you think all the vitamins and minerals should be on each page for each recipe?

I didn't think originally that was what folk were asking for, but happy to consider it, just not sure of the merits vs time taken IYSWIM :)
I wasn't really stating an opinion on how much information should be there - just that putting it at the bottom would avoid information overload for people who weren't interested.

    ok that's fine :)

I'll assume people want the cals, fat, fibre calcium, Iron and salt on each recipe then?

Personally I'm not too concerned with the detail of which specific nutrients are included just as long as some nutritional information is presented. To me the main purpose of the nutritional information is to communicate that the nutrition has been thought about in detail rather than that people specifically need to have the information about any given nutrient.

  • Weezl - Allegedly the mixer can do 2lbs at a time, but I'm one of those strange people who find kneading by hand relaxing so I haven't tried it yet.

Can I just say, on a personal note, I SOLD MY BUSINESS TODAY!!!!!!!!!

This is highly splendiferous, comparable on the scale of fabulous things, to paying off your mortgage. It's the one event that enables all the things we want and need to do with our lives. Dont get me wrong I'm not now rich, I just have some seed money that allows some new things to happen, but it's monumental for all of us here.
