Oh, I know and its just money and now we are not really talking but I had planned it all out and like I posted I was so happy how well we had shopped.

I wouldnt mind so much but I asked a few times if it had been put in the freezer.
    :(

So basically you are upset not cos of £4, but because you feel you are being disregarded and not taken seriously.

Whilst from his perspective "it's only a darn £4", probably, "and why are you being so flippin' aggravated over it ? After all, how much do you spend on shoes ? Must be more than £4... "(PLEASE NOTE: the comment about shoes is for illustrative purposes only. I do not think there's owt wrong with buying nice shoes :))

: we have catered for Omega 3 using 100% rapeseed oil which asda sell as 'vegetable oil'.

Wendy posted today saying that there's new research evidence suggesting that 40ml of olive oil daily provides enough oleic acid to reduce inflammatory bowel disease by 90%.

I know that peanuts, lard and our rapeseed oil are also high in oleic acid I read that rapeseed oil is 60% oleic acid), but just need to check the amounts required to equal the (unaffordable) olive oil.

    howzat for a brief?

Ideal. Right will find out then :D

What I need to know is what sort of olive oil? Did they say a sort? If not I'll use general figures.

    hello :)

lesley and I were just doing a spot of stock checking for the vegan planner. All looking good.

Erm... however it does seem there's a helluva lot to eat :o

in addition to the 3 meals a day, kitty and family have to eat:

    carrot loaf
    syrup loaf
    boodle biscuits
    16 plain houmous
6 each of the flavoured houmous
    18 portions of 3 doughnuts
    the fruit
    raisin scones
    lemon cordial
    tomato scones
    coconut pudding
    walnut spread x 2
    bns tart

My vegan friend IRL does say you have to eat more frequently asvegan food is lower calorie.

    anyone any thoughts?

the calories are right, so maybe the meals are a bit too low cal...

just a warning folks I may suddenly disappear to bed this eve cos I'm home alone with the boys while DH does Tai chi and kessie is really really colicky so I might see if I can make him comfy on my bed if he's still inconsolable in a bit :)

Weezl have you tried a vibrating chair? Honestly I think it saved my sanity with Joe. He had rotten colic and nothing worked and he was so tiny there was nothing we could really think of. Then I discovered that those vibrating chairs really seem to help - the one we had was fisher price I think and was lent to us by a friend. We had a mamas and papas one bought for us but it didn't do the trick and he was too small for it.

it's spooky similarity time again susan :) (is it the breadcrumbs?)
I was more upset than angry about that one actually. It's too long since I've got really mad for me to remember specific details as I may have got angry more than once. OH is more careful and I am less unreasonable these days.

    SPOILERS

I didn’t cry when Amy died, because I don’t believe she is actually dead. The Dr can’t be gone, because he meets Dr Song again in his future (her past) & she keeps pictures of his incarnations so she can see where they are in his timeline, suggesting she knows at least one more incarnation beyond this one, as it wouldn’t be necessary if she only knew this one & Tennant. Dr Song can’t be gone for much the same reason, that she meets the Dr again in her future (his past) & we already know how she dies (in the Library).

    SPOILERS !!!!

Remember, though, when the Doctor first discovers the crack - and says that "time can be rewritten" ? And he repeats it a few times through the series at strategic points ? I would not take anything for granted at this stage...
