I only have 2 loaf tins. Can I make 2 in tins and shape the other 2 or is it best to just make 2.

the no knead dough is quite slippy murrell, so I'd say ether do 2 loaves and a fair few rolls/baps/doughnuts/calzone bases or just halve the recipe and make the 2 loaves :)

    question for anyone who's around:

if we publish an 'absolute basics shopping list which meats health criteria for absolute minimum cash' leaving people the extra money to spend as they will, is this a genuine good bonus?

Or would people feel like, well, yes but what on earth can I cook with it?

and would the extra money just go on wine? (I have no problem with wine, :Dbut if it would then I'll have to up the amout of F and V in the bare minimums list to counteract the effects of the wine IYSWIM?)

Edit: sorry I'm not expressing this very well :)

I mean if kitty/shirl had met the barest of minimums for £74 a month or just 60p per person per day, is this a helpful list to give and does it have value on our website?

    Taken from July's ZEST magazine:
Boffins at the Universtiy of East Anglia have concluded that two to three tablespoons of olive oil per day provides enough oleic acid to drastically reduce your chances (by 90%) of getting the bowel disease Ulcerative Colitis.

    Morning all!

Weezl I am not sure I understand your idea? Could you explain it a little bit more please?

I think it is me being stupid not your explanation.

    very interesting wendy!

At first I thought 'oh blimey I bet we've got none of it in the planner, but surprisingly lard, and peanuts are very high, containing 50% and 40% repectively.

Anyone know how much oleic acid in rapeseed oil?

    nope probably me :)

It would be an 'eat for 60p meeting bare minimums for health' food shopping list.

but my concern is a) she won't know what to cook with it and b) if the remaining £25 is spent on wine, will I not then need to put more Fruit and veg portions into the bare minimum for healthiness?

put in bold which bits are illogical daft or hard to understand and I'll have another stab :)

I think its my head that is illogical, I was up most of the night with a bad cough and cold.

So are you planning on JUST doing a list but no planner etc... because I dont really see how that fits into the website at the moment?

ah! I see, well it would be a kind of answer to the question, what if I can't afford as much as 80p a day but want to add my own foods in to the planner, and yes it'd have to be just a list cos I'd not know what extra thingies they were buying so I'd have no clue how to incorporate it.

But I'm guessing you don't think this'd add much value on the website, which is useful feedback! :D

wendy the veg oil (rapeseed) is 60% oleic acid, so over the month we are giving shirl and kitty the amount of oleic acid to make that 90% reduction in bowel disease :)

(phew- oleic -gate nipped in the bud:rotfl:)

Hi just home after walking dog and away to bed. Tonight is last night of my 4 so off tomorrow and Fri and doing 2 day shifts at my old job Wed and Thurs.
Dont want to rain on your parade Weezl but i think that a list might not work cause i feel that Shirl needs to know what she is buying, what she is making with it and needs to know how to do it IYSWIM?
Nice idea but at this stage dont think it would work for the Shir/Kitty/Barbaras of this world they need to be more educated before they go down to 60p a day.
    Speak to you all later

PS Boss do you not know any nice Welsh songs instead? You Welsh are supposed to have nice voices so maybe Scottish songs dont suit your vocals? (in a hopeful tone):)
