PS Boss do you not know any nice Welsh songs instead? You Welsh are supposed to have nice voices so maybe Scottish songs dont suit your vocals? (in a hopeful tone):)

the no knead dough is quite slippy murrell, so I'd say ether do 2 loaves and a fair few rolls/baps/doughnuts/calzone bases or just halve the recipe and make the 2 loaves :)

Thanks for the quick reply. But have now realised I only have a single 7g sachet of allisons yeast so not enough. I assume you are using a tin of yeast as 2 packets wouldn't make 15g. Anyhow, I have done a inventory of all the different flours I have in whilst looking to see if anymore yeast was lurking anywhere! So the bread will be another day.

River Cottage was good this week, all about meals made from leftovers.

    Hello everyone,

Thanks for the invite to the chat meeting, it was very kind of you to invite me as I haven't really been an active participant. I will try and be there if I can.

Wednesday or Thursday evenings are the two I am most likely to be able to make. (I'm pretty sure England are playing Wednesday afternoon, not evening).

I'd like to say I agree with having the meal planner recipes separate from the 'other' recipes, but if you published a 'bare minimum' shopping list, without telling Shirley what she should be making, IMHO it would have limited value to those without a lot of cooking experience.
