Mr arty has complained that I put more effort into getting into bed with clean sheets than going out on a 'date' with him.

The problem is it's true:o:o:o:o

not sure if this is useful but it looks like the onion tart, pasta alfredo and cottage pie are all 8 points including their sides, wedges etc

I haven't been around much today, but just a quick note to say not to worry. My brother was very late talking at all!! He was just completely silent. He went on to pass his 11+, go to a good grammar school (counts Isaac Newton as an alumni), hold down a career, meet the Queen, bought his own property etc.

It's far too early to know how things will pan out & with you as a Mum I am sure he will be absolutely fine!!

me and my lovely real life friend Lianne used to live together and hang out of an evening watching vids in our dressing gowns. Then when her (now) dh and my (now) dh came round, it was all perfume and lip gloss.

Now we each hang out with our lovely DHs in our dressing gowns and put eye shadow on for meals out with each other!

arty, i could never live on 20 points!! You must already be tiny!

Calzone is 7.5, weezl. My advice would be to avoid rice dishes, as they deffo have the highest points per gram.

I am going to asda in the morning which isnt my usual shop-will analyse the planner now and figure it out.

BTW mr arty has gone to poker but he finished his experimental whateverhewasdoing how would you like to see it?

that's interesting aless, is that all rice dishes or something particularly about shirl's and kitty's?
