1 large portion of rice is 5 Points (they say it's around 225g cooked, which is somewhere around 90ish g dry, I think)
1 large portion of pasta is 5 Points (100g, but for some reason I can eat less pasta and feel fuller?? So I usually have 75g which is 3.5 Points)
1 large portion of potatoes is 2.5 Points (250g)
Okay so I lie about the rice :rotfl:, but it just feels like more points to me, I don't know why!! Arty, that's so tiny! I'm shorter than you and the smallest I've ever been in my life is 9.5 stone. 10 is my very end goal, not sure if it's achievable post-baby. I will make you all jealous with my 31 Points allowance due to breastfeeding and high starting weight. But it's about to reduce down as Finn eats more food. (I had 42 Points today with all the cake, eeeeeeeeeeeek!

sorry to derail the thread with WW talk
eta: arty, I use recipe builder. but after a while you start to remember the 0 Point foods like tinned toms so to save time I don't bother plugging them in as there's no point if they don't add points to the recipe.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

Is that tall? Mr art is 6'2 so I always feel quite little.
Aless how do you work out the points-do you put literally every ingredient into the planner thingy online?

weezl, not sure if it's a flat quantity or in proportion to your body weight, but i looked ahead that it goes down to 26 once he starts having decent solids and not sure what it would reduce to if not BFing at all.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
