Ah! I may have misunderstood sian, but I thought Allegra was asking for an editor?

I certainly wouldn't want to take someone's work away from them!

You spotted your wording in the tartetatin then?! :):p

No, you got it, Weezl. I know what Sian means though, but having been a jobbing scribe in a past life, I learn to see the value of teamwork inm producing clear copy - an objective pair of eyes, coming fresh to the text, can be a great help. I just want what's best for this project, and if having other people tweak my work is what it takes to produce the best result, then I'm happy for them to do so :)

Don't hold your breath though, Susan, I've still not done it though.... :rotfl:

Sorry for all the multipe posts - I'll just edit this one with any others I manage to do...

    Portions...

Bacon and Onion pudding = 2
    Pasta alfredo = 0
    Pasta amatriciana = 2
    BNS risotto = 1
    Spicy pea soup = 3.5
    Pasta carbonara = 0
Onion and Potato soup = 2.5
Green Pea soup = 1.5 (presuming the peas are frozen peas - it doesn't actually say whether frozen or dried but doesn't mention soaking so...)
    Roast chicken + stuffing +B&S= 4

    Not sure about...
Bean curry - is it only 1 portion of beans a day counts?
Veggie burgers - is this 1 can of beans (eg drained weight of ~240g) or 400g worth of drained beans? its probably 4 portions either way but it's confused me a bit! :o

Right off to do some actual work at work now! :rotfl:

(I can try to to the vegan & veggie ones this evening if you need them too?)
