Ok im at it again if you dont want to point these out shout and i will stop.

Pea Soup no mention of stock in ingreds but mentioned in method
In the roast chicken you dont make it clear if it is either/or for the lard/oil in the ingreds
Cheese scones no mention of when to put in the hot oat cereal in the method
The mayo there is still no mention of the lemon juice either in ingreds or method are you not putting it in anymore?

Probably, but most things do People with small monitors tend to get used to that sort of thing, so I wouldn't consider it a deal-breaker !

edit: let's hope currently one of the things that shirl hammered the credit card with wasn't an enormous monitor!
