I hate porridge, was force fed it by my grandad when I was younger. Though of it makes me bleurgh...

I don't like porridge either, but I love Weezl porridge :) It's made with half reay oats, so it's ever so nice and creamy.

Hmmm, can I mix plain flour with bread flour for teh pizza bases? Then I could make some tonight and freeze. I have about 400g bread flour

Yes, you can. You can also make it with all plain flour :)

I really, really detest porridge! Oats in any other form = yum. Oats boiled in milk or water = vomit. I won't even be converted to porridge! LOL

I'll try the pizza bases, can't be any worse than asda price pizzas ;) Will let you knwo later on.

I dunno how much has changed, Weezl, but I do like what I can see :)

Are you gonna kick me if I point out that the raisin biscuit recipe does not have a little "why" next to the oaty cereal ?

I have 1 pizza base rising and 5... flat doughy things... :D I worked out the best way to shape them too late! Never mind, I'll name them 'rustic'.

    Half batch.

Imagine a misshaped nann bread... then attack it with a stick. You get the idea!

And I really hope you can't find any part of the human body to liken them too. Quasimodo comes to mind....
