Go on... you know you want to... :D

I suppose Southampton early evening would be sort of equidistant and there are trains.... I wouldn't be able to stay out late as DD is in London all day and I'd have to get back to feed the animals but a supper about 6pm near the train station would be nice.

My hairdresser is flying in from Tenerife to coiffeur me in the afternoon so I'd have somewhere to go to show it off...

    Nearly there.

Hugs to everyone who needs them, and those who don't! Had a lovely lovely long walk today and have planned tomorrows. Children showing no signs of being knackered though - I am :( Littlie has gone up to bed, come back down, and is now on his way back up. DD2 goes up at 8, DD1 at 8.30 then have to ring my grandmother and chat for a while then I'm done :D

Tempted to buy myself something nice. Got my eye on a X stitch kit on eBay for £16, a new washing basket from John Lewis for £16 and a phone in M&S for £33. Will end up getting none of them as I have a perfectly good washing basket, in fact I have two, I don't need a phone as I have one and I don't use it and the X stitch kit is a bit of a luxury really and it's not the month for luxuries. I could get some running shoes from Amazon as I have a £10 voucher which would make them £27.50 which is an excellent price and they're a make I know will fit nicely.

Anyway I'm rambling now which is usually a good indicator that I'm really tired!

Well done on being strong on the phone, the x stitch kit and the washing basket. Now, do you REALLY need those running shoes? Is there something you can find on Amazon that will cost £10 only?

    Haven't got any :(

I have typed up the letter to the travel insurance managing director though.

Need to get the washing off the line.

I think the drama of the last few days is taking it's toll now.

See I know you must be a VIP if you have a hairdresser who flies in to do your hair.

Awww hugs Dusty xxx You probably have got a touch of post traumatic stress. You've had the adrenalin rush of DS's fall and operation, then his stress and discomfort. You've been on high mother/nurturing alert for a few days. Now things are settling down you're falling to pieces. It's bound to happen. But trust me, it'll pass. Cut yourself some slack. You've done v. well throughout the crisis
