I'm pooped. Just really weary and worn out and could just nod off again. But, the bedding is still on the line and ought to come in and put on the bed before I crawl into it.
I also need to cook dinner. I took two quails out the freezer earlier and something needs doing with them. What you ACTUALLY need is to have lots of sets of bedding so you can avoid this problem in future
.....or just 2 sets, like me
NotsoI'm not so tired & not so desperate..... mainly thanks to MSE
so just call me Notso.....
Yes, I'm juggling and I might drop some.... but at least I'm trying

I'd still have to put a set back on
I'm sooo fussy with my bedding it's untrue. I did ~shock horror~ splash out on a new undersheet about a month ago as the old one was beyond repair but it's not the same....
I shall just have to brave the high street shops  at some point and find a new set to wear to death. I think the current duvet cover and pillow cases must be at least 6 years old. They aren't doing bad given they're in constant use.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Hi all
Been trying to catch up after a couple of days away from the thread...Been ill again...but a bit better now.
I was sorry to read that we've been led up the garden path a bit by one member...I suppose the thing is that we're all nice people and as we're willing to offer support to anyone who needs it, we might attract the occasional individual who takes advantage (whether this is caused by an illness or not).
Anyway, I haven't done much in the way of flying over the past couple of days, but OH has been trying to keep on top of things and it isn't too bad.
I did manage to change the sheets this morning and they are waiting to go in the machine - fingers crossed we have good weather tomorrow.
My mum has had all her tests and is going into hospital tomorrow - she has her op on Friday. I'm hoping to visit her on Saturday - had planned to see her today, but because of stomach upset-type illness we didn't want to risk it.
Anyway, loads of positive vibes and hugs to everyone who needs them.
I'm off to see if I can tidy the kitchen...
Take care
D

if you are going to buy a new set, why not buy two the same? And then wear them both to death! Thanks for your PM, I'm really sad about the whole name-we-are-not-going-to-mention thing, as i was totally taken in by it all! People will never cease to amaze me.I shall just have to brave the high street shops  at some point and find a new set to wear to death. I think the current duvet cover and pillow cases must be at least 6 years old. They aren't doing bad given they're in constant use.
I've not read the thread I'm afraid. Went out this morning to see a friend who has just had her 15th operation in 5 years (on her leg) and is trying to come to terms with the fact that she will never have full use of her leg again. She seemed a bit brighter this morning than she was last night, so that's good.
Got back and was completely worn out, she is very hard work! I dont want to be horrible about anyone, but she's exhausting! Did a couple of hours work though this afternoon so that's good.
The only flyng I've done so far is cleaning the keyboard very thoroughly. Am going to wash up this evening and hopefully dust and carry on tidying the surfaces and floors.
Love and hugs to Lady Liberty and Diva, and everyone else who needs one. Off to read what you've all been up to xx"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Because when I find a set I like, invariably they are either the last of the line or they are the cost of a small villa in the Dordoyne. Excuses schmexcuses.
I never really know whether I like them or not until I've slept in them and washed them a couple of times. By then I usually forget to go and buy another set
