Oh no, I feel bad now, a teacher friend down the road said ages ago that she would be happy to countersign my passport application but I never got round to it. I was going to call in soon with a box of her favourite Gallo, White Grenache, but now I don't know. Is that the going rate?
I can't sign passport applications, as I'm not a British citizen, but would not dream of charging people if I could (unless everybody started coming to me with them all of a sudden) . None of my friends and colleagues do, either. A small present would be nice, but I wouldn't expect anything from friends.Allergic to penicillin. Got to steam the wallpaper off... steam myself at same time??;):p I would say that's multitasking:D
DS1 calls it 'boiling his head' - he uses it as a spot treatment, with a bowl, hot water and a towel. Not sure if i can ask ( so just delete my post if there is a problem-after i have got my stars , mind you!) but does stuff last from the shop where you buy everything 'flat packed'?. DS1 needs a new bed etc.
We've had lots of stuff from there, and even though DH doesn't rate it, I'm very happy. We've had two beds (one currently used by DS2), desks, CODs, coffee tables, bedside cabinets, toy storage, shelving... In fact, I'm due to go back in the holidays to get more bits for the cellar shelving and a few things for DS1's room. Whenever we replaced things it was a matter of choice, not because they'd broken. I've only ever struggled with instructions once, and I usually put stuff together by myself.0 -
Mudders if she is only 11, 5 years is so not enough.. make it 10.
Um... if I hadn't left home when I was 20, I'd probably have still been in a cupboard.... sorry Mum!:D‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

I am not sure if it was raining
Thanks, Lilo
