Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing Done!!:D:D:D
Level 1
Level 2
Level 3
Another one here who woke up with a headache early this morning... I didn't do anything very much this morning, apart from the bedroom, then went to the allotment for an hour or so after lunch.
There's a notice up at the lottie, because of extra demand, they are insisting on 80% of the plot being under cultivation for fruit and veg, and if you have paths, they must be from the remaining 20%. I'm slightly panicking as I divided the plot into fixed beds, and put in paths when I took it on 19 years ago, and I'm not sure if it'll be under 20%. I also grow quite a lot of flowers alongside the vegetables. I had a quick look around and there are a lot more plots that are either looking very rough and untouched, or have large sheds, and grass area, so I'm hoping they'll be on the case first. I'd fight hard though - after all, I'm now one of the longest standing holders now, and stuck it out all through the period when most of the plots were unlet and neglected. I was talking to another plotholder who has a little area for wildflowers, and she was worried too. I pointed out that actually you could claim cowslips are grown to make wine...;) She's probably got enough to make a sherry glass full.:D
Okay, going to finish putting on the duvet cover, and put the seedlings back in the greenhouse...

Hi all,
Im sorry Ive been AWOL again. I went back to Scotland last week as I had to go for Mum. Shes not great so have brought her back here to live with me for a while. Until at least May anyway and then we will decide what she wants to do.
On top of that, my Office Manager was made redundant which has therefore changed my workload PLUS it was the end of the month and the end of the financial year so work has been a tad on the busy side!!!!!!!
Toots, Im so glad you had a great weekend and your confirmation went well. I thought about you all day Sunday. Well done to AnWs Mum and Miss A and Master W for making it all so special.
Sexymouse, Ive sent you a PM - I wont be able to make it hun, Im so sorry. I was really looking forward to it. I hope you all have a great time xxSometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying

Evening all. Off we go for today's list!
Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing
DONE!0 -
serena - let me know what flowers you're growing and I'll tell you which ones are edible
or at least non-toxic for cake decorations...
Need to decide... stay in and get some work done, or get changed, drive to the station, sit on the train for 45 minutes, change trains, sit on another train for 10 minutes, walk to the pub (15 mins) chat to a few people (don't know who is going to be there) and then do the journey in reverse
It feels like an awful lot of effort just to catch up with a couple of people...:( but if I don't go I'll feel like I've avoided an opportunity to be more sociable0 -
Hello all,
Sorry for the off topic post, but just wanted to put out another reminder about the meet on Saturday. Please could anyone definitely coming, send me a PM, as I need to confirm numbers, as mumto5 has some freebies from her OH's work, that she'd like to pass on to us all.
Details of the meet:
We will all meet at Chichester train station at around 12. This gives everyone who is travelling a distance or travelling on the trains, time to get there. (If you are travelling in a car, PM me and I will tell you where the best carpark is, as the station one is expensive.)
Once everyone is there, we will go on to Lloyds as they are reasonably priced and have a children's menu too. They are only a 5-minute walk from the train station. They are in a leisure complex and just down the road from the soft play centre, if parents wanted to take children there. They also have outside seating so if the weather is nice, we can all sit in the sun.
At the moment, mumofjusttwo is staying with me and I have space for a couple more. Froddy has juliejim staying with her and says she has a few more spaces for long-distance travellers to stay too.
There is a local premier inn, that is also part of the leisure complex, which I believe is offering promotional prices over the easter holidays if anyone would like to stay there.
So far:

I'm pooped. Just really weary and worn out and could just nod off again. But, the bedding is still on the line and ought to come in and put on the bed before I crawl into it.
I also need to cook dinner. I took two quails out the freezer earlier and something needs doing with them.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
