Still not done the ironing:o Spent 10 minutes chasing the dog round the garden trying to rescue the piece of plastic broccoli from his mouth. I am not calling a vet out on a sunday:mad:

My old lad just stood watching with a look of contempt on his face.

I have managed to clean the kitchen (Again) and half the utility room, sorted loads out to get rid of including the steamer my mum bought me for christmas and the smoothie maker she bought the christmas before. I don't even like smoothies:rotfl: Not sure why I get stuff like that off her!

Pigpen If I had the chance I would lounge as much as possible. Enjoy it while you can.

    Hello everyone...

Thought I'd pop on and let you know Im not MIA-just been hiding and you can all blame Rach thank you for the futon. It's exactly the style DH had in SA, and its been occupied 3 times since it got here...first I hogged it a bit, then soldier boy and his missus occupied it (he says thanks loads too, as he hadn't been on duty Friday night so hadn't been to sleep since 5pm friday...and its loads more comfie than the old sofabed so they ACTUALLY slept last night), then I pulled it out to watch "up" this morning. I got up to reboot the last of the washing and came back to find DH passed out on it-he's still there.

If you dont have anything to do whilst your DH is away you're more than welcome to come spend some time with us. DH was very impressed by all the musical instruments and came home and said "but are you sure she's the one that's pregnant" ;) and then went on about all the instruments and how he'd like to meet your DH.

Sounds like you all had loads of fun at the meet, and Soappie I loved your 6000th post.

Pigpen Ive sent you a request re FB-I dont seem to have access to it anymore. Also, would you have time to accept a pm from me? My left jug has gone purple and it hurts like hell. Have three apps this week at hospital this week but none for midwife, so I plan to ask, but Im sure I'll be brushed off.

I plan to try to stick to lists next week but I have an appointment on Tuesday with the anesthetist, wednesday 20 week scan and thursday is physio. They're al at the hospital and its in the next borough so it takes me about an hour and a half to get there using public transport. Its hilarious, three hours thravel time for 30 minutes of "seeing someone" and it usually takes it out of me.

After Starbucks, I went home, and Ebony (cat) was pleased to have his mummy to himself, and wanted cuddles. We both lay down on the bed, and I promptly fell asleep for a couple of hours.

Snap! I have just woken up to find 3 puddy cats wrapped around me.....in our defence we did both say we were tired :D Had a text from Mumofjusttwo pleased to hear she is home safe & sound xx

Polka Sounds like you need to get it seen to honey.....good luck x

    Hugs to all
    xx

It was your mention that made me think and then check a bit later. I sent her a text a bit ago and there's no reply so far which is not like her. I'm beginning to fret a bit now...

travel cot (with sheets and bedding), changing mat and box for baby toiletries to dump at his mothers!! Not sure if it would be sensible to have a bouncy chair type thing there.. will sort high chair for when Squeak is bigger
have got a mamas and papas highchair that we are getting rid of. it is 2nd hand and is one of those that you have have low or high and recline for when they are littler. A bit of plastic has broken off the table bit where it clips into the seat bit so it makes the table bit slightly loose on one side but the other side holds it in fine and we've used it without a problem.

Cotbed and crib bedding.. cream or beige please! lol.. nappy bucket can't find the lid for mine.. ggggrrrrr. Have probably got a bit of cotbed bedding. Will have a look when I clear out my airing cupboard...probably be week after next as I've got to do my OU exam this week.

    And a wicker moses basket.

And a million items of baby clothing cos I has nowt left! sorry that's all gone...I blame you for making us declutter!!!!

Let me know if you want anything. Might be able to sort out to get over to you or I think you mentioned OH having family over this way somewhere? I'm in Stockport.
