The airtight boxes are great for HM bread & the spares will come in useful
it's not really spending money it's an investment for saving money in the long term

Hi Kel,
Hope you're ok and enjoying this lovely weather - if that's possible when working?
How's that possible overpayment to Littlewoods coming along? You're doing amazing getting things sorted. Sort of having a break this week as tooth and work so manic but hopefully back on it from tomorrow as nothing planned form Sat onwards and life should ease a little....I hope!
Have a good day x0 -
Hey Choc - i manage to get out to walk to the bank and to the post box so i get a bit of sun on work days!
I have been working out littlewoods overpayment.
I have £154.38 left in the bank.
£6 left in purse
50 to go to childminder
30 extra towards ballet fees
10 for cousins birthday
10 to cover a bit of shopping and a swim tonight
Then i have 105 going IN next week
So that leaves me with £165.38 ish!
I do need to get some boots for work but might pick up some cheap ones for £15 in the meantime.
So i am looking at an overpayment of £150 to littlewoods. Plus i am expecting this £84 from tax credits for last year. I can't get it until i confirm last years wages and i can't do that until they send me a renewal pack and they havent yet! So that will be another £84 to pay off when it come in. A little less than i hoped but a couple of things cropped up (like plastic boxes!!) . Still pleased as i have paid a water bill of £118 in full this month.
Had a good day yesterday. I spent the day at my mums while OH cleaned the car , did the washing and cleaned the kitchen! He also made up a washing line to hand sheets on as we only use an airer
Then i solved some maths problems with their adding up of invoices and payments for OH's work. I reckon he can wangle and hour of work as a thank you to me! Cooked spicy meatballs for dinner! Mmmm they were good. The mince made enough for 2 meals of meatballs for OH and I and 3 meals worth of mince for spag bog for the girls. All extra meals put into freezer! (in my new plastic boxes!!:D) So the girls have enough in the freezer to cover the whole of may for spag bog on saturdays!!
Hope to go swimming tonight but i keep feeling really dizzy! Every so often i have to hold onto some near to keep myself up!So maybe should give swimming a miss! I really want to go though! Will have to see how i feel come 5 oclock.
What a long post!!!! :eek:Orange Fairy

Went home after work in the end as i was still feeling dizzy
So £3.50 saved by not swimming and £1.50 saved by not getting the bus there. So £5 better off than i thought. I would have loved to go for a swim but there is a silver lining!
So...today was another NSD!! My 13th out of the 12 i wanted!
Hopefully a low spend weekend. OH at work tomorrow and i am at home with the girls most of the day with the exception of DD1's ballet and tap classes at 1.15pm. So should spend anything tomorrow really. Then sunday going for a walk and pub lunch for FIL's birthday. Glad it is lunch and not dinner. Hopefully shouldn't be anymore than £20 for me OH and DD's.
Still got to book meal out for OH and myself with our tesco prezzo vouchers! I don't want to waste it at the moment though as we are eating out on sunday and i have a roast dinner with our skittles team next friday. Perhaps save them for my birthday in May.
For those who have read past posts.........the new plastic box kept the bread really soft!!!! One other box was used to store meatballs in the freezer , 2 were used to store spag bog and one is in the cupboard!! So t hey are being well used!! Definitely a lot more practical than a treat of a panini Moose!! Mmmmm that made me think of a moose in a panini!! :rotfl:I don't think our cafe bar does that!
Woohoo the weekend!! Lie in tomorrow!!!! :jOrange Fairy
