I like Jurassic Park too!! I have the trilogy box set and watched them one after another when I was off ill once!

So glad DD2 is taking school in her stride, makes it so much easier for us mums when they are like that.

    And  for the NSD!

    Morning all!!

    Good day yesterday.

Except i had to go in work between 8-9am to sort deliveries and then log in remotely twice to do some ordering. LAST day today. My colleague is back monday and to welcome him back i am only working until 12.30!! :D

DD2's ballet teacher is on holiday so no ballet for her yesterday so Mum and I took our girls for an indoor play area. We are 'friends' with the play area on facebook and they put up offers. Yesterday we went in and said 'facebook 158' to them and got free hots drinks!!!! :D Saved us a couple of quid

Oh and best of all i got my letter from the NHS to say my smear results were normal!!! This was my first one and i was a little worried as my two Aunts and Mum have had problems in the past. Two of them when they were 26!! Which i am now!! But all fine!! :j

Lots of work today. Need to all remember to sort out TV license to pay quarterly and to take £20 out for my brothers card as it is his 23rd birthday on saturday! The same day they are going to have a 4d scan to check their babyis defintely a girl :D:D:D:D:D

Money not doing too bad. Got my letter requesting the rest of our deposit for the holiday. :( That will probably be our 'left over' money for July but will be glad it didn't go on the credit card.

One poll has picked up a bit!

Need to start ebaying again. I keep saying this but never actually move my butt to do it!!

I hope everyone is well. I will catch up on diaries later xxxx

Well done on the free coffees, that must have saved a few pound! Great news on the normal smear result as well, I had my first one this year after avoiding them for the last 5 years and OH told me I MUST have it done - fortunately all was fine!

Congrats to you and your brother on the little girl as well, bet you are all so chuffed :D.

Oh and I alsmot forgot - it looks like the second free scratchy is back on Sunday, I just logged in and got 2 :T

    Happy monday all

    I had a good weekend.

Spent saturday with my bestfriend and her children. We took a picnic to the park so they had a great day and it was free :j

Then i was looking quickly in town for a present for my godmother. I spend a fiver on chocolates usually. But i managed to find a quirky decorated wine glass in a nice box for £4.99 down from £10. This made a great present and she loved it.

Watched my brothers scan video which made me really broody! Would be sad if i didn't have any more children :(

The kids got a trip to the fair with MIL and her free ride tickets which is great.

Went geocaching again yesterday and i found my first one!! OH usually finds them or BIL. This one was a tupperware box with little toys in it hidden under a root of a tree in the woods covered methodically with twigs! I found it as i noticed the twigs were lined up so carefully!! We got 5 or 6 yesterday! :j

I was working half day today as OH has to work but my mum is now having the kids after school / preschool. This gives me a half day off to have in the hols. This is great as MIL works half days so i can cover one day by having the morning off and then giving the kids to her so i can work.

I need to sit down and work out my childcare for the holidays. I have usually worked it all out by now!

Lost 1lb at my WI. Pleased as i havent been too focused this week.

Jody - thanks! I am soooo excited about being an Auntie! Hopefully it will make up for not having anymore children!

Went to the jewellery shop in town my Nan works in, i get 25% off so thought i would look for platinum wedding bands in there. The plain band that fit well with my engagement ring was £845!!!!!!!! OMG  I can get a platinum band online for £220-250ish. At least i know i have tried.

    Right off to get ready

DD's got up 6.30am again this morning!! On a day i wasn't doing the crosstrainer!! GGGRRR:mad:

    Catch up later xxx

:j Well done on the weight loss Kel :T

Sounds like you had a lovely weekend, was it baking down your way as well? It was awful here, far too hot for anything other than sitting still in the shade! I had a look at the geocaching site, going to have another look next week to see if there is anything local to me that I can try and find, i might help get me out a bit more.

Hope the girls have let you have a lie in this week ;)

My god it has been nearly 2 weeks since my last update!!!

Things are going well here! Still trying to sort things out wedding wise.

Trying to stay DFW in my absense. Got a lot from the next sale but stuff i have saved money on

£16 worth of stuff for my brother for my niece when she is born (bargains)
Pack of 3 vest tops for £3 for DD1. There is a black one there which enables her to wear her black flower skirt that has been in the wardrobe for a year unworn!
£5 pjs that were lovely and i have put back for DD1 for xmas
£3 on a lovely summer dress for DD2 - she has been bugging me for a new dress
£10 of two bridesmaid hairbands for the girls to wear for the wedding
£9 on a lovely smart prom style dress for DD1. (she needs something nice for DD2's christening in Sept and DD2 can wear it for her party!)
£10 on two Next perfumes down from £12. Will give these to my sisters that are twins and so save £10 over their birthday!

    So not bad

GOOD NEWS today is that OH got his payrise!!!!! When we were given the car (8k) his boss told him to class that as a 4k payrise for 2 year to keep him with the company. Now the car has been signed over to us and he has suprised us by honouring it and has put OH's wage up 4k! :j:j:j:j:j:j This is an increase of £240 a month. However tax credits will go down so we will end up £120 better of but still great. The best thing is i was worrying about tax credits stopping but now if we get no TC at all we will be as we have been over the last few months moneywise and i am pleased with that!

ALSO he has got his cleaning back at work. On a thursday he used to clean the office after work for £15 cash in hand which was very handy! Then when they were struggling he had to stop it. Now he has it back and i have worked out that will be £600 before we go away!!! Paired with the £250 saved from council tax next year we will have £850 spending money. So i don't need to worry about that anymore! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

    So all looking up

Might be popping in a wedding dress shop tomorrow as there is a sale on! :D I feel a bit nervous!!

Haven't overpaid as of yet this month but then we did pay the remaining holiday deposit of £150 so that was nice we had the cash to pay that!

Hopefully taking the kids to the cinema to watch Shrek tomorrow as a treat. We have a lot of days out planned with tesco vouchers so don't mond spending on the odd thing!

Need to re jig my wedding list on excel and start ticking things off! I want to have booked an evening party venue by the end of next week! That is my target!

Got my ballet and tap bills of £200 today!!:eek::eek::eek: Luckily i put away for that so it is there waiting to be paid out! I have worked out i spend £811 a year on clubs now! Thats over a month of my wages! May go up to £948 is DD1 decides she definitely wants to start modern dance in sept!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

    Right that is me!

Off to bed me thinks x
