Hi Kel, brilliant news about OH's job :j

You seem to be as organised as ever. Sounds like the wedding plans are coming along nicely. Did you find a nice dress?
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

lol I NEVER go into Next in the sale. I do my shopping online in my VIP slot before it starts! People get NASTY in the Next sale! :rotfl::rotfl:

Went into the shop. But lots of people in looking at the sale dresses. Cheapest sale dress was about £370. I got a quick glance at them and the one i LOVED was in the sale to £800!!! And it was really light which would be perfect for cyprus. But i don't really want to spend that much. My Nan is giving me £300 for my dress - i can add extra to it obviously but don't really want to have to!

I have made a proper appointment to go in and try some on - Weds 11th! :D I think the dresses in there will be too expensive but the idea really was to see a style that suits me and then get something similar online for a third of the price!

    Exciting though

Right up at 6.15 - cross trainer done and now off to work early to i can finish at 4.30

Will catch up on diaries in my lunch hour xxxxx

Wow, dress shopping - how exciting!! :j

I hope it goes well at the next appointment, what you could do is find the perfect dress and then see if you can get it on EBay or preloved etc for less? You might even find one that is still new!

Might be worth paying the Weddings board a visit as the girls on there are great at finding dreses/shoes etc :D

    Hello all

    Payday yesterday! woopwoop

Got £1 on scratchy today! They little things that thrill me now a days!

Just went food shopping and we spent £115 :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

But we have bought quite a lot!!! Should complete a lot of meals for the month. Will need fresh things

Had a good week - finally booked a hotel for the wedding party when we get back from Cyprus! It works out a lot cheaper than anywhere else. OH and I get to stay in the hotel room for free. They will deocorate the tables with flowers and ribbon to compliment our wedding colour for no extra charge!

Got to pay them £300 deposit. So will have to sort that out. But then dont need to pay any more until April.

My cousin had her baby boy yesterday! From the pics on facebook he looks adorable! Can't wait to meet him - will be interesting to see if it makes me extra broody or not!

Struggling to get on MSE with the kids being off school.

Ordered more tesco days out vouchers the other day.

So now for the holidays we have

    Days out at

    The Big Sheep Adventure Park
    Crealy Adventure Park
    Exmoor Zoo
    Pennywell farm

and also £20 towards a meal for us at pizza express.

So that is 4 big days out that haven't cost us a penny. Also a few days of geocaching and £5 beach parking on nice days and the kids should have had a great summer.

We are hoping August shouldn't cost us too much. We have the wedding to go to bank holiday weekend. But we are splitting fuel costs with a friend and my childminder is away for two weeks saving us £50 which will cover fuel and a couple of drinks hopefully.

Booed DD2's christening finally!!!! It will be on the 5th of Sept. I bought her dress last year so Mum and I just need to split the costs of food for the do back at hers. It is a joint christening for my DD and my little sister who is 5 days older than my DD.

I have been asked to be my sisters Godmother which i am chuffed with. :):):):):):):)

So need to start picking up cakes and bits for the christening party. Then two weeks after will be DD2 and my sisters joint birthday party!! :):)

    I hope everyone is well.

    Hiya Kel,

Lovely news about the baby. I know what you mean about staying MSE through the holidays. If DH and DS had their way we'd be out spending every day :o

Enjoy sorting the Christening out - what about making some of the cakes etc?
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

    Hi Kel :j

Hope you and the family are enjoying the holidays so far! Well done on the £1 scratchy, don't think I have ever had any more than 50p :o.

Excellent news on booking the reception venue, what's it like...come on you know I am nosey and need to know all the gory details :rotfl:. Congrats on the new addition to the family as well. I have noticed my friends little girl made me a bit broody the other day and even OH seemed to enjoy her company .

Isn't pennywell the place where they have the miniature pigs? See if you can steal one for me!!! I know it wont be very MSE for me to drive down to you and get it but to hell with the cost :rotfl:.

    Come back soon

Here is the link to the hotel Jody

I would have prefer their hotel on the beach etc. But as it is just the wedding party i am going on cost!!

Hoping for a NSD today. The kids spent the morning making a den and now we are about to do some craft bits!!

Really hoping for okay weather so we can go out tomorrow somewhere! Tesco vouchers have arrived! Woop woop

Money wise we are hoping to have enough to pay the £300 deposit for the party left over. I am feeling a little deflated that i am not attacking the debt amounts at the moment :(

Lost 2lb this week!!!! But then went for a big restaurant lunch with my sister yesterday and then out for drinks with my bestfriend and a small meal then. So have a lot to make up for over the weekend. Only spent £15.98 as drinks were cheap! Was a good evening. Much needed! Discussing what to do for my hen night :):):):):)

Spending time this afternoon on my 101 things in 1001 days list!
Got to think of some ideas :-)

Thats me for a min! :):):):):)

Wow Kel, that looks awesome!! It seems really good value too, down in Kent just a three course meal and drinks package is normally around £60 .

:T @ the weightloss! Have fun with the bubba :D
