    Hello :j:j:j:j:j:j:j

    Back from camping yesterday.

Was really strange meeting people i had known online for 4 years but never met!! They were all lovely and the kids got on really well with eachother! :D
Great weather the first night with the others but sunday night on our own brought rain and thunder :( Still had a great time though!

Spent A LOT of money :(:(:(:( That cooker/stove we bought is great but you need a huge canisterof gas for it with a regulator and this together cost £40!!! More than the stove

Then we spent £30 on food, £20 to stay there, £10 on cream teas, £40 on fuel and then the £77 in total for the stove and gas!! So £177 in total

We did get given a free disposable bbq and free meat though and bought a lot of food home.

Though i will not wallow in the extra money spent - it is done now and i had a great time!

Feeling a little unmotivated to get back into the DFW ways though :( Sold £27 worth of items on ebay over the weekend. So that is pretty much the £34 i need to finish LW down to the no interest amount :j Just got to wait for it to be transferred.

Been looking at bridesmaids dresses from china recently! Bliming bargain! Plus the ones i have looked at are accredited with paypal and sage pay so all legit. Even if the dresses arrive not perfectly sized even hiring a seamstress would still be tonnes cheaper than dresses here

Diet not too great. I did NO exercise and ate what i like for the whole of last week!!! And i have put on 2lbs!!! Nevermind - it was expected!

Grocery challenge doing okay even after i added all the camping food on to it (i was going to put as entertainment)

NSD's are on track. Don't have much money left this month so likelihood is i won't be able to afford any 'spend days'!!!

I will have about £100-130 left this month without any remaining food we need. So not too bad really. So hoping for £70 for an overpayment to wedding debt. That is if no other things crop up!!

Need to get back into posting on here for motivation.

I have the rest of the week off. So may do some ebaying - will also need to revise for thursdays exam! I can't believe my year at college is finished again!!!

Made homeade pizzas for dinner!!! They were scrummy!! Not great diet wise so will have to start properly tomorrow! Was a great thing to do with the kids

Right off to give OH a hug. My eyes are sleepy!

Glad to hear you had a fantastic time! Don't worry about the weight, I will bet you lose it within a week :D

I know a lot of people say getting dresses from China is risky but I bought a stunning deep red ball dress from a chinese seller about 2 years ago and I think it cost me about £35 in total and it is absolutely amazing! A similar thing here would have been well over £100 . As long as you use sellers with good feedback and leave plenty of time then I think it's a wise idea.

Good luck with your revision as well hun :)

    Damn!!

    Forgot about Fathers Day presents!

OH wants some running trainers so i suppose we can sort this out when we get paid. As long as he knows he has them coming

For my Dad i usually just get him fudge and strongbow. Perhaps i'll just be a bit cheeky - tell him we are saving for our wedding (which he hasn't offered a penny towards) and just get him a small bottle of strongbow as a gesture

Stepdad - i will spend less than normal as have two more siblings who are earning a lot. I reckon if the 4 of us put £7.50 each we can get him 2 £15 tops for the summer.

Grandad - £2 for tesco toffee cake i bu him every year :D

So my budget for the 3 people i have to pay out for is £18 at the most.

Then OH's will come out of our spare money and he can sort something little for his Dad who is away in Dubai for 1-3 weeks for work.

I got all my cards for free on a website - hephalump cards or something. You have to have a facebook account. I used various family members accounts and got Dad,s OH's, Stepdads and my grandads sorted!!! All for free - they are personalised, great quality and typed message on the inside. Saved me about £3.50 on cards i reckon :j

Right better get off to revise! Trying to put it off. The exam seems really easy so i reckon just a quick skim over some past papers and my text book should be enough.

Choc - Don't know what colour scheme yet. I really LOVE red which was my first choice. Then looking at dresses i really loved the look of bright royal blue. Got to try and find some lightweight dresses so the bridesmaids are not sweating everywhere!!!!! :)

Day at home with no children until 3.30pm today! I never get that!!!!

Enjoy your quiet day! Red or Royal Blue BM dresses would be gorgeous :)

I suppose the plus side of coming from a broken home is I don't have to worry about fathers day :rotfl:. Haven't seen my biological father for 13 odd years and mum is single so no step dad, my granded passed away a year and a half ago and my Ex husbands girlfriend gives him a present on behalf of my daughter. The biggest worry I have is putting my name in OH's dads card!!

    Hey Moose!

    Had my exam today!!

Went well. 3 hours 15 mins long and i left after 1 hour 20 mins after a thorough read over it after. So can't have been too bad

Now i am up waiting for little bro to come round. I am knackered but promised him i would help with the tweaking of his cover letter.

Had bbq at SIl's today which was nice. Well it was until DD2 was sick twice round there and then again when we got home :(:(:( I think she is just exhausted.

Good day for fathers day shopping. Got my Dad 2 big bottles of strongbow for £5 and my grandads tesco finest cake for £2 but got my mum to pay at checkout so she got her 10% off. So cost me £6.30 for the two. Also she has made us all agree to only put £5 each towards my stepdads present. So thats £20. Apparently he wants a new lunch box, a watch and a backpack and that all comes to about £20!! He is a farmer so needs cheap things to wear and use on the farm!

So looking at fathers day spend being £11.30 rather than £18 :T:T

    Right bro is here!!!

Glad to hear the exam went well :D. One of my work mates sat the same one and he said he was done in well under two hours!

I am pleased to hear that the fathers day shopping came in under budget as well and I am jealous of the bbq - haven't been to a single one yet this year!!

    Right!! Hello!!!

I feel like i have really been off track for the last couple of weeks - both diet and exercise and money saving.

I think i can still make the target for my NSD's and my grocery budget is JUST under and we definitely don't need anything else for the week :j So they are two good points.

My 'spare' money has just disappeared this month.

For july i am going to print out our budget and each spend we make i will allocate it to a part of the budget. So my own version if a spending diary. July is also a 5 week month so NEED to do this.

Bad points - over the last two weeks i have eaten loads!!! And not exercised except for 20 mins yesterday morning. Not too bad on the food as i have only gained a pound overall - just not exercising is the big thing. I am finding it hard to get back into it. And i am more tired as a result

Have only about £30 to make as an overpayment this month. :(

Though i managed to make ebay sales of £37 and paid it off of littlewoods. This means it is down to £142!!!! :j:j:j:j:j No interest! So now i can concentrate on the wedding debt.

Also received £19 cheque from Orange as my refund. When this is cashed i will pay it off the wedding debt!

Trying to be DFW with shopping for a dress to wear to a friends wedding. Founds some in the sale in littlewoods. I am being crafty. I have ordered the ones i like on my account so will have to pay the £3.95 delivery. However i will return them all and then order the dress and shoes i like through a new account my brother is going to open. £25 off a £40 spend :D He also owes me a lot as i have helped him a lot this month. Even though i am not putting anything other than £3.95 on my account in the long run it still feels like a step back!

OH's wage is back to normal this week. Hopefully it will work out well. Though he does have a habit of keeping money to himself. Found out the other day he had been given money towards website hosting. Didn't even mention it. Wasn't brought up asking what we should do with it. If he was short of money i wouldn't mind him using it, would just like it mentioned!

He will be about £200 better off a month. Not sure how to sort it. May give him half the shopping and then we are both £100 better off. Will have to trust he will be frugal and at the end of the month will have a chunk of money to put towards the wedding.

Extra spends in July - Uniform for the kids, extra grocery week - making budget £20 more. Spent that this month for next months food so actually out of next month will still be £200

Need to start picking up the exercise slowly. Sorting July's mealplan this week so will factor in some low fat meals!!!!!!

That's me! Will try and update more regularly so it isn't such an essay!

    Nighty night x
