:) vickiv don't worry people get heated thats normal on a forum

Seems Sam54 is actually a Asda perth employee to know about your mum being with you and has acted highly unprofessionally with their comments on this thread.

Don't let it get to you, let it go over your head, lifes too short.

    .

Exactly my thoughts, possibly even the actual miscreant the O.P complained about.
Let us hope Asda give her the much needed re-training.

I have worked in supermarket cutomers sevice for nearly 10 years and all I can say is VILE customer:mad: people like this complainer seem to think it is ok to treat staff (who are only doing their jobs) like a piece of worthless rubbish. I also notice she had her mother with her. Did they both starting getting verbal? 2 against 1 a very common form of attack by customers. Did the complainer not think of checking the offer before purchasing?

Oh dear Elizabeth, the only people who would have known the OP had her mother with her were the people that were present at the time, you've kinda just made a giant tit of yourself!!! :rotfl::T
  • Asda are great at doing these and other money saving offers. The customer thinks they are getting value for money. And unless they are saavy many customers walk away without the discount, none the wiser.

Any 2 for £2 advert. Obviously if an item has this sticker on, one would assume all items in the grocery are linked to offer. Is that not what the label advertises.

Likewise on Bread if there is a promotion of 3 for £2 and I brought 9 I would expect to pay £9 not just get the discount on one transaction, 3 loaves for £2 and the other six at full price. Adsa make rules up to suit themselves. Do as many friends are doing shop elsewhere where they do give customer service. Staff are generally very good in shop but unfortunately the problems at head office and often not rectified.
