Hey where's everyone gone? Not all stuck abroad are you!!

Well last Friday I went out and got my self a Falafel for lunch, felt a bit guilty going there after such a long and the guy asked if I was alright as he'd not seen me for some time, it was the first week of January actually. Well that's one of my two for the month.

Saturday had Pasta, Kebabs on Monday and today I bought in Pasta for my dinner.

Struggling a bit this month - the sunny weather seems to mean lots more lunches out with friends - but am still more or less on course to hit my target. Two 'brought in' lunches so far this week - I've got a tinned fish addiction which makes for yummy lunches but I'm not sure my co-workers are so thrilled - one said my lunch smelled like cat food today. The cheek! (It was mushroom rice with a tin of sardines stirred through. I guess it did smell a bit like cat food.)

Been having sandwiches this week. But last night made some prawn madras so I have leftovers for today, quite looking forward to it :) just one more week to go.

What do people put in their sandwiches? We've discovered some lovley bread from the local baker, and want to give sandwiches a go next week. Any veggie suggestions?
