    Hi everyone

I'm getting ready for another week of HM lunches. I bought a gammon joint and I'm going to see how many lunches we can stretch out of it. And when we get bored I'll put it in the freezer in a cheesy leek sauce and have it next week with pasta.

Good luck for next week everyone

    xx

Well i cracked on Friday & had very yummy fish & chips in the canteen at work, & have just agreed to meet for breakfast tomorrow before i start work, so thats going to be 2/4.

Will have to be very careful for the rest of the month, may come home for dinner tomorrow, as have loads of scrummy chicken soup in the fridge that really needs eating....

  • I'm back at work tomorrow after a weeks holiday, havent got anything exciting in so gonna have tomato pasta which was leftover from today's lunch.
Am going to try and raise my challenge to having something different each day of the week for my own sanity lol.
hope everyone's doing well and keep posting x

I should do this - can you add me too, please? All lunches from home in April. I can do this, I have in the past, but I have lapsed recently.

Yay, i'm back to only 1 bought lunch so far, was all set to buy a bacon sarnie this morning till i realised i had some bacon in the freezer. Popped it in the oven, into a roll & hey presto took it with me!!!!

feel sooooo good that i resisted the easy option of buying. :A

Definitely think i can do it this month!!

Was struggling to motivate myself to actually make my sandwiches tonight, was really tempted to leave it and just buy something tomorrow but I picked myself up and did it!

Once a week I go out to lunch with some of the girls I work with. Obviously this means I can spend well over £5 on lunch. I really don't want to keep spending this money, so after speaking to them, they are completely fine with me just having a glass of water!! Feel a little strange doing that, but then, we go for the company not necessarily the food.

We'll be going tomorrow so I'll let you know how it works out :)
