Took my pasta salad and juice out today and sat in the park.

Really nice in the sunshine with all the flowers.

Was struggling to motivate myself to actually make my sandwiches tonight, was really tempted to leave it and just buy something tomorrow but I picked myself up and did it!

Well done, that's good. it does get easier when you get into the routine of getting something ready.

I think always vary what you take in, with me it can be Pasta, Sandwiches or Rice with various things like chicken, mix veg, red kidney beans or lentils.

Variety is the spice of life

Had a rather depressing tin of soup and a roll today. Tomorrow theres a catered meeting, so I should be covered.

I'll need to cook dinner tomorrow night so hopefully there will be leftovers.

Pasta with chicken, red kidney beans and sweetcorn today, I've said I'll buy two lunches this month but not really had the need or desire to go out and buy anything recently.

Today I had a boring toast with cheese and marmite sandwich. Had a portion of leftover lasagne but OH took that. Tomorrow is going to be salad as there seems to be loads that needs using up in the fridge and some beans of some sort.

Tomorrow I'm cheating. I'm going to get one of the panini things from Co-op that I like. I feel ill and I'm not in the mood to make lunch. Surely one day out of the month isn't so bad? :p
