I was really, really tempted to go get Itzu noodle dumpling soup today. Its soooo yummy and I havent had it for over half a year now! Anyway stuck on the straight and narrow (partially as I was so busy I could barely leave my desk!) and had my 50p tin of soup, which was probably better for me anyway. Im really liking Mr S's be good to yourself soups, much tastier than the others Ive tried and keep you filled up until supper.

oh no I've fell at the last hurdle! Have had some personal things happening which have taken my dfw motivation away... I had a sausage sandwich on Tuesday (had to go somewhere in the morning, didn't eat breakfast or take lunch as I didn't think it would last as long as it did) and yesterday I was on a staff conferrence and got a pastry in the morningDF as at 30/12/16

Thanks Nottoobadyet for running our shiny new thread in May. I'm on course to reach my April target of 18 today with another shiny bag of Uncle Ben's Rice and a banana. Today I have my leftovers from last nights dinner
I have bought just one lunch this month so it has saved me a fortune! I was spending around £4 a day before.
