  • Hi everyone, hooray I managed to finish a couple of things up :j

Avon Planet Spa Dead Sea Minerals Body Wash - WIBA? Maybe if it was on offer (but I've still got lots of shower gels to get through first). It has a nice "wake up" smell, great for mornings and went surprising well with my other use up:
Virgin Vie Day Spa Hydrating Skin Drink - WIBA? Yes but again, not needed for a while. This was a really light refreshing body lotion, easily absorbed and the 250ml bottle lasted a long time. I used it at first with the matching shower gel (finished a long time ago) but then found it went really well with the Avon one above.

I've cut open a small size No7 Younger Longer Hand Cream, which I am guessing should be finished in the next couple of days. Before reading this thread, I would never have thought to cut open tubes - I dread to think how much stuff I have wasted!!

Also I'm really hoping to finish my never ending Roc eye gel today or tomorrow. Nice though it is, I can't wait to open one of many other eye products just for a change!!

I've started using my last year's Nivea gradual tanning body lotion now my Virgin Vie one is finished - I've got about half a bottle of it. I used it last night and remembered why I didn't finish it last year .... the smell is so strong! :( Why do (most) fake tan and gradual tan products smell so bad? I'm only ever going to be able to put some on at night (good thing I'm single) as I couldn't go around in the day with that smell! :o

Sorry for the long post everyone, just thought I would post while I have the chance. (Does anyone else get problems with logging in to this website? Sometimes when I log in, I get the "thank you for logging in" message but then it goes back to the previous page and I'm not logged in. Weird!)

    Bye for now,
    Love from Candice xx

:o:o:o I thought I did a good job justifying my purchases, too!

Soap & Glory Greatest Scrub WIBA yes!! Loved it, cheap but effective....I want more!

Soap & Glory I-Foam WIBA yes!! Lovely smell and SO much lather!!

SO glad you said this as these are two of the products I bought cheap yesterday! I agree totally about the Greatest Scrub of All as well - I used mine last night and was seriously impressed! :T

I have to confess I'm tempted by the new aloha one but only because it sounds like it would smell really nice. The reminder of my 75 shower gels brings me to my senses (no pun intended) :rotfl:though.

Mum suggested I try that one next time I get an Avon one - she said it smells really nice!

Forgive me for I have sinned big time :o, I have been watching QVC's beauty day and I have purchased Sarah Chapman's 3 Piece Face and Eye Collection. I needed a new eye cream and it came with 2 further free products, in my defence I have been wanting to try this range for a very long time and it would have cost me £82.00 with postage from her website.

I also purchased 2 items from Elemis so I could try out the Pro-Collagen Body Creme which was free, I am blaming this lapse on the "Grabbit Board" as I would never have known about this offer.

Am off for a bath now.

Finished my everlasting time delay cleanser, oh joy! Think I got it with a voucher, but it was actually quite nice. Moving on to a No 7 one, which I know I like, so that'll be a bit of a change :rotfl:. Everything else still everlasting.

Well, I think that has successfully taken the spotlight off my little transgression yesterday! Cheers Debidoodle! :D

Agreed! They have all the brands that I love on there and I'm far too easily tempted.

Oh - the Tresemme shampoo died this morning as predicted. WIBA? yes, I would. It does its job well and isn't as expensive as the salon brands. Won't need to buy any shampoo for ages now mind you thanks to the Tesco glitch! :D A JF Brunette one being got out as a replacement I think. It'll match the conditioner I have on the go at the moment then.
