I've just finished my S & G Clean on me mini from the hatbox. WIBA? Yes i love the smell and it lathers up well, it would have to be on offer or something though as i wouldn't pay full price. It lasted a long time too, almost a month i think.

My S & G Clean Girls ( i think it's called ) Cleanser is almost empty too, i got OH to cut it open when i was in the shower and couldn't squeeze anymore out. There's enough there for at least the morning.

I also (oh the shame) bought some toiletries in the CS at lunchtime. I got a P&P eye cream, P&P body serum and a large pot of Clinique Superdefense for £5 in total!!!!! The poor man in the shop mustn't have known how expensive they are normally, I'm sure he just priced them the same as the M&S royal jelly gift sets lol!!!! Don't tell me any of you would have resisted that, I won't believe it! :rotfl:

God, no - that was brilliant! :T But where is 'the CS'?

    Well done on some proper bargain-hunting! :T :T :T

Yes, I was sooo chuffed Pickle. :):) I am wearing the eye cream and the Superdefense today and they both feel lovely. Haven't tried the body serum yet.

The shop is in Belfast, sorry, should have said! I live in a nice area (probably the most expensive part of the city) and the charity shops around here get some amazing donations - brand new clothes with the tags still on, fancy cosmetics, cute house stuff (sometimes new), gift sets etc. It is a treasure trove!!!! :j I only wish I'd discovered the joys of charity shopping years ago.

I've had some amazing finds in the last few months, mainly household stuff (which I post on the shabby chic thread), but also clothes (some gorgeous stuff from Gap, Laura Ashley and Benetton etc, some with tags still on), jewellery (including a *gorgeous* butterfly necklace yesterday for £1) and a couple of brand new gift sets that will go in the Christmas stash.

My best buy lately was this for £1.50 and it is in perfect condition, I am thrilled with it:

Can I please join? Didn't realise how much I had until moved house and realised had boxes of stuff not used. To be fair I am a teacher so often get bits as end of year and Christmas presents. Did however buy Glamour mag to get the hair conditioner despite having large bottle already.:o Currently my "banned" items are bubble bath/shower gel and body lotion. Ooops forgot the hand cream - where did it all come from?!?

    Morning,

Right, I've bagged up some make-up to go to sis - as part of my sorting out my make up bag. She passes stuff on if she can't use it. But she's a lot better than me at using stuff up. Me I can barely remember getting to the eye of an eyeshadow or blusher...

I used the Elemis frangipanji (sorry spelling) oil last night - it's the one you heat up in a boil of hot water, so it melts ready to be used. It feels lovely, and has a gorgeous smell, but handling oil is a bit of a faff. So when I've used this up I don't think I'll buy it again. It's defo a night time product too. Think you can use it in your hair too.

Right, back to the make up bag and sorting the good from the bad. :A

Aww :) I love it. My granny had one and my mum inherited it. She says that I'll get it some day but I told her that that won't be for a long time so I bought one of my own in the meantime.

It sounds beautiful. I know what you mean about oil, but it is so worth it. I did the OCM last night with sweet almond oil (thanks to Bronnie, I will be forever grateful for that tip) - I do it about 2x per week and my skin feels amazing afterwards. But I have to do it in the bath or shower otherwise it goes all over the floor lol!!
