  • Just got mine delivered.

    Bill says.

"We're sorry but we couldn't use the following ecoupon:
    £10 off your groceries"

My bill amount was £10.15 but as I had a BOGOF it came to 9.71!

    Balls!

So I paid 9.71 for about £4 of shopping!!!

So are all the people having probs trying to get the goods and delivery all for the £10?

i have ordered £10 worth of goods then used voucher so i would only end up paying del charge of £3.99 what do you think are my chances of getting it?

    thanks

I think as long as your order stays above £10 ie: everything you ordered is instock you are fine, but if somethings not in stock and your order falls below £10 I think you will not get the savings!!

I got 2 bottles of wine delivered to my house for 97p, and the same to my boyfriends (saves me carrying it there). I still have 2 deliveries for next week, both should come to a pound or two, I hope they still honour the code, since the site has stopped accepting it...
Can you refuse the delivery if they try to charge the full amount?

Going to have to alter my order then to make sure it is over £10 excluding p&p

Anyone been charged the full amount even if they spent over £10 exluding p&p??

Hi my delivery had just come. I spent £26.59 this included £5.99 for delivery. I was charged £16.59 so £10 had been deducted. My actual spend therefore was £10.59 but got £20.59 worth of stuff. Brill I'm going to do it again. Heather i think this is the least amount you can spend, go back on to your account and change it, no point in paying full price and delivery on top of it u will be out of pocket. In the end im only better off by £4 but ill do it again for tuesday and be better off by £6, better than a kick in the teeth, i got 10 bags of cat litter and 50 tins of food, no carrying worth it for £16.59.

Just altered my order to £11.24 excluding P&P

Edit: Why do I say P&P? It is delivery!

So how much was your wine originally please? Did the 2 bottles take you over the £10 mark, or did the delivery take the total up to £10.97?

    Cheers (hic)!

grr... I added some bread and then took it out and added a different item.

in the confirmation email it looks like they have charged for it even though I took it out!

well ive orderd 2 x 12ish pound orders, wonder if they arrive for free :)

However if you look atthe T&C of the delivery:

"There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods"

It doesnt look too good, but you dont have to pay if it is going to cost more....it does mention:

"You can cancel or change any of your current orders up until 4pm on the day before delivery, Monday to Saturday. You can do this using the "Your orders" option on the Tesco.com site, or you can call our Customer Services department on 08457 225533. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled by email"

So im going to ring them the day before at 3.30 and 'confirm' my order tehee if they tell me its £20 will tell them to cancel it, as they mentioned above there is no contract till they deliver.

Hope they do arrive for free teheee
