Just received my order ( total £9.97) & got charged FULL PRICE!!!

They said :- Were sorry but we couldn't use the following eCoupons/eVouchers: £10 off your groceries...
We'll email you tomorrow to let you know how you can use them with your next shop..

My order was delivered this evening with the same note about 'the code did not work and we will email tomorrow explaining why'.... mine was low value order, however, a couple of tins of soup were missing so hopefully they will compensate me..... if not I'm never using their stupid service again.
