So how much was your wine originally please? Did the 2 bottles take you over the £10 mark, or did the delivery take the total up to £10.97?

    Cheers (hic)!

I bought 2 bottles of £2.99 wine, with 4.99 delivery. So the order was less then 10 quid for the shopping, but still worked.
This morning i got breakfast delivered for £3.44 and pizza for dinner. The order was for less then £10 with the bogofs, but this was all ordered early on thursday. I Think they then got more suss about the conditions of the voucher.
I also had a delivery that didn't take the £10 code off, which I immeadiatly cancelled online. they tried to deliver it this morning, but i said i'd cancelled it, and didn't sign for it. Rang up and confirmed that I wasn't paying for it. Fingers crossed that that works.
Everyone seems very nice, i must admit they have good service - and very tasty wine for 50p a bottle!!!

How did you know they hadn't taken off the £10 before they delivered it? Should it state online that you've used a £10 code? Mine which is due tuesday doesn't mention the voucher so I'm wondering if I should just cancel it??

Tesco Online I doubt I will ever use them again (unless another super voucher offer appears , of course)

First they cancelled my order, even though I called back within 20secs of them ringing me.

Secondly, I reordered and they sneakily removed the £10 off code clearly visible online (they even tried to charge me £1.59 for "each" tomato).

Upon getting my order 1 hour later than the given time slot, they substituted with the most expensive Chicken Nuggets at £13.68 (I refused them, of course)

Anyway, in my fury at the £34 bill, I called the Online Service desk gave them some line about never using them ever again and telling my friends too and got a result! £10 to be refunded to my card, £13.68 refunded too, and £5 voucher in the post.

That makes my order actually £5 - Whoppee!!
Thanks OP and oh yeah thanks Tesco's

Thankyou, that's what I needed to hear to give me confidence not to cancel.
