They look fantastic!
The timing can vary quite a lot and that's where experience comes in. When you bake more regularly, you'll get to know how your oven behaves and whether to leave things in longer than a recipe states, or get them out sooner. For the first time you're better off sticking to the timing stated on the recipe. If you open your oven too soon, they will just collapse before your eyes, and I so don't want you to be disappointed.Official DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0 -
