A favour to ask anyone who is doing this current wave of travel shops for Gap.

Been in hospital for a few days - not been too well - and have just got back to see an email from Gap saying about the website work this weekend and to print off the assignment details beforehand. Of course, only just got to reading the email and the Gap site is down, LOL.

Would anyone be able to let me know what the scenario is for the wave? I know all the other info, such as where it is, what to do etc, but I know they ask you to go with a set scenario.......

    Just my luck LOL

    Personally, I'd call them: +61398673477

I've done over 40 egg shops now and i have to say I've been impressed by the service. Only had one really bad shop and a couple of average shops. The rest have been excellent. The local one down the road has always been really good, even before i started MSing. Checkouts can be a wee bit slow sometimes as they like to blether but thats not a problem.

I only did 5 but I thought some of the customer service was shocking.
I watched 2 SA's stand behind the tills, chatting away while serving customers and then whispering to each other and laughing and pointing at a customer who had just left :(

My wait at the checkouts was ridiculous in every store - 6-7 customers in each shop and no opening any more tills!
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

    It's not BARE is it?

They spun me that yarn a while back when I queried why as a long-time experienced shopper I wasn't getting any jobs and that non were Self assign anymore.

They said fraud was a big problem so each job had to be assigned manually as opposed to self assigned which was why it takes soooooooooooo long to get assigned.

Thought they were just making excuses for their incompetence.

They said that shoppers don't get receipts (Simple, no receipt don't pay them!)

Shoppers don't visit the locations and make up the report (Simple, get a receipt or if non-purchase then business card, flyer et.c

Shoppers use Photoshop to doctor old reciepts (how desparate are these people:eek:)

Alledgedly this happens with experinced shoppers as well as the newbies.

TBHO if the company used some kind of vetting and personal allocators (as in the 'old' days ) instead of the cheaper-[easier to defraud] FFF then they may not have these problems.

All sounds like a lot of effort for very little pay,:mad::mad: probably easier just to do the 'mystery shop':)
