Nah, it's not fff. They generally take a look at who applied and then assign to whoever they trust to get the job done.0 -
I've just revealed myself as a mystery shopper and I was SO nervous!
I carried out an assignment in a sandwich store and I was so impressed with the girl who served me, I decided to give her the certificate to recognise this. I can't believe how nervous I got and I think the impact of me giving her the certificate was lost with my shaking hands and hurry to get out of the store! :rotfl:I nearly ran out of the store ha ha.
I hope I made her day a little bit better but will now be unable to ever return to that store :rotfl:0 -
Did anyone find out why so many people were not eligible for the recent hotel telephone booking jobs? (Book hotel then cancel later.)
It would be useful to know for future reference whether ms'ers were selected on overall score, length of service, number of jobs under belt etc... from memory I believe only 1 person on here managed to get allocated one and considering the range of experience, ages, profiles, etc., does seem rather odd!0 -
Has anyone done the Helion training in Firefox? I tried the other evening but my PC is cr*p at streaming and I was struggling to play the videos... tried to pause to allow it to catch up (this was for the observation bit) and it just jumped to the questions before I'd even watched the clip. And no option to go back. Gah. I ended up just closing the window so not sure if this will count as one of my attempts as I didn't actually complete it?
I used Firefox and it was fine.
I can't see the Helion jobs being any different to the burger jobs on REACT last week - where they showed jobs in every burger shop in the UK but stated that they only need 100 places doing.
I applied for 16 and got allocated 6. A great fee and all 6 within walking distance of each other
I need more jobs!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -

I could not see anywhere to change the profile info? it only shows my name and address etc????
Hi
If you click on "update my details" then click on options for client - top line client since cannot say the name then you will see your profile.....about half way down it asks for your dress size....:)
There are still 5 pages of visits not yet allocated and they are very straight forward to do. Not sure where you are located but may be one in your area? HTH0 -

I obviously can't be trusted then :rotfl:
I've applied for quite a few jobs with React over the last few months and have not been allocated anything.Operation House Move £11993.60/£25000 (47% achieved)

I'm the same not been allocated anything yet or with retail active - but I am new so I keep applying and one day:) I may get one;) It may be that they have some really good reliable shoppers in our areas in which case they will want to keep them. Same with TNS and AA as well, although I get the odd job that no-one else wants..0 -

Not that they don't trust you - probably just that they trust someone else more. It's a bit of a catch 22 - they're unlikely to give you lots of work unless you've done lots of work for them previously.lovetowinacar wrote:
TNS is fff.0 -
Well I've just got busy busy. Luckily my normal work is very quiet at the moment (so quiet I've spent the whole day surfing the net and reading job notes!)
Today - Computer shop.
Friday - Full day demo plus burger lunch and jewellery audit.
Saturday - Full day demo plus chicken lunch, 2 petrol and restaurant dinner.
Sunday - Day out whoop.
Monday - Full day demo plus burger lunch and a magical shop.
Then I have to fit in 3 phone shops. Not as easy as it should be when it's a bank holiday weekend and I'm working in the other shopping centre!
I'm really pleased it's fairly exciting stuff...oh and it's easter!!! :icotbaske0 -
ok i retract my negative comment posted earlier about company that cannot be named as they have reversed my sacking. now waiting in for notes for a crisp job that i am going to go and do straight away. no idea how long they really take so any tips from crisp experts in a pm would be fantastic whilst i wait, its my local store so at least i know the layout!0
