  • I too emailed Helion/Max re a problem I had with the training and I have had no reply. I can't get it to work I've tried various browsers and have given up. When I get the time I will try to do it at the library but my PC is a nightmare and I can't afford a new one right now. I thought it was my anti virus software but have changed that and it still doesn't work for me. It would have been nice to have had a reply to my emails but its not big deal for me at present, just annoying.

When I spoke to Max on Tuesday he said he wouldnt be in the office on Wednesday but back I think Thursday afternoon. That's probably why you've not had a reply yet. He's also probably got loads of emails to respond to. I'm sure he'll get back to you.

And as for posting jobs that aren't real thats not what the note says. It says other jobs that have not been allocated have been put on hold. Maybe they are just waiting to get a wave of jobs done before releasing the next lot. Seems reasonable.

Yes this was my understanding also adding that they are allowing that they might not have up to date info. I had 12 shops available in my area, and I am pretty sure that some of those are closed/moved. However as the addresses weren't in full detail and I don't go to that area of town all that often I applied for them all just incase. One of the 3 I have been allocated looks like it's a stand in the shopping centre. I'm not sure that's what they were looking for.

    Hi,

Could somebody please PM the area to check Scenario 1 and 2 for Helions jobs.

(or tell me I can access the job notes again, cos I can't work it out!)

    Thanks.

Can't see if anyone has replied to you or PMd you, but if you go into each shop individually there are 3 links at the top. Summary, Instructions and Print View. A printable brief is there :)
  • Question re React, I've only done a small amount of work for them and had no problems with the work I did but not had any new ones. How do they allocate? Is it fastest finger?

  • Hi all,

I need a bit of help as a new MSer (I've managed a whole 1 job before running into problems!).

I'm trying to print some paperwork for a GAP job, and it keeps giving me 2 misprinted pages and then 12 blank ones. I've checked and it shows that way in print preview, so I don't think it's my printer...

Any suggestions? If I copy and paste into word then I can see all the questions, but the formatting is not right- does that matter?

Also, I tried sending an enquiry to GAP about it, but when I hit submit, it reloads my query again- how do I know if it's sent?

Thanks in advance, it's a job for this evening, and I'm panicking slightly now, as my first went so smoothly I'm doing a job with a different company this afternoon, and now I think I may have been overconfident!

Sorry if this has been answered before, I have searched promise. The Tern jobs (glasses) do you need to be over 50? I have failed the test and can not work out why?

Sorry if I have given too much info.

If i understand the jobs you are talking about,

Before you start the test it tells you the age requirements, some are ages 50 -70 and others eg contact lens are under 45.
