On another note I am doing a mobile phone “knowledge check” tomorrow, again the first one I have done and wondering what the best way is to introduce what you are doing to the staff member you approach. Is this something they expect to get or is it going to come totally out of the blue?

Did this at lunchtime today and it was fine - I was really nervious to start with but it went ok. The staff did not know it was happening (and that included the manageress) but they were fine about it.

    I want a crisp job! :(

Just had some clients added to my AbAi account after phoning them but when I click on them it says 'You cannot complete this operation'
Am sure it did this before!
This happened to me but you should have access to them by the end of the day.

I can't see any of the jobs for the 4 or 5 alerts that have just come through. :(

    Hi Squidge,

Did you not see the supermarket near you? I saw a couple of banks but they were East of Ipswich way.

Though it is all my crisp visits done in one day + 5 shops....
just got to write up / upload / rename the 13 of them tonight - hmmm I think I can see some midnight oil being burnt.

Gotta get them done before my 4 day holiday park mystery shop next week.

I too emailed Helion/Max re a problem I had with the training and I have had no reply. I can't get it to work I've tried various browsers and have given up. When I get the time I will try to do it at the library but my PC is a nightmare and I can't afford a new one right now. I thought it was my anti virus software but have changed that and it still doesn't work for me. It would have been nice to have had a reply to my emails but its not big deal for me at present, just annoying.
When I spoke to Max on Tuesday he said he wouldnt be in the office on Wednesday but back I think Thursday afternoon. That's probably why you've not had a reply yet. He's also probably got loads of emails to respond to. I'm sure he'll get back to you.

I have spoken to Max today. There are some jobs left that he can still allocate (but none in my pending list, unfortunately). He says that he has a load of emails and voicemails and hasn't got through them all yet.

Has anyone ever completed a job when the store was closed??? I have! I had a job with a short fieldwork period. Problem was that the site only opens on certain days each week. I was in the area today (a day they are closed) and trotted along to see if they had any signs up about Easter opening, thinking I could do the job on Good Friday. While I was reading the signs, I was asked if I needed help. So, I went in and completed the job! Excellent customer service, I think. And, the MS company says it is OK to report a visit that took place when the store was closed!:)

Theres a nightclub job on RE that I could effectively walk to. A really good fee :j but its too late for me at 11.30pm-1.30am. Has anyone done them? Im reluctant to do it but the fee is pretty lucrative as its a quick assignment so theyve bumped it up massively! I'll be on my own, ordering drinks surrounded by leering blokes! thats whats putting me off!
