I think you will get paid on the next pay run. If the job was only completed on the 11th, I think React need time to see if the client has any queries on your report before they pay you.

As with any job you get out what you put in.....if you didn't do the training (for what ever reason) you can't really say people are playing favourites because you didn;t get any work.

I completed all the site info a couple of weeks ago - the only thing I did not do, was telephone Max. Perhaps I have a lot of competition in my area?

Possibly..... I didn;t phone Max either and I got allocated 5 out of the 17 that I applied for, the others are still pending

Please do not shoot me but I have just gone through the ABA-i link from the home page. I have not checked it for a while as not all of the clients are on that list but there is a Irish retail client on there which might be useful for anyone living there or anyone else going on holiday. As I said in advance sorry if everyone else already knew this and I am the last to realise!

As I said in my post, I haven't done the training as my id still has not been validated. That does make it an unfair playing field. And the revelation that some of the jobs showing aren't real jobs speaks volumes.

Hi - post not been yet today but it says in the comments page on my shop log that it was posted yesterday. So hopefully it will turn up today! Not planning on going until Monday anyway so there's always Saturday's post...

I am not sure what the problems are with Helion. And no I did not know who Max was before or who he used to work for. I registered back in December and then updated my details once we were able to. I had problems with the initial training as the mac would not play things and kept skipping screens etc but I still got through that test, so unless it has been changed it is not hard. All the mystery shopping companies have tests of some sort when you join so not any different than the rest. I applied for but did not get any of the calls and then applied for many clusters of the latest jobs. I got one group of 5 which I am happy with and the training was very very simple and once again in line with Bare, GFK etc. I would have preferred the cluster of jobs in my home town but of course someone probably applied for them prior to me as I did not see the jobs until Saturday night.

I am just pleased to have a new company to try out who have given me some jobs as many never seem to allocate me anything (ESA being a good example) and even better the jobs have been given in a cluster so it is worth doing. Obviously not all of us could get work this time around the same as with all the other companies but if there is a wait between being able to re-shop (ie 3 months or something similar) obviously there's more chance of being able to get the areas you prefer next time.

As for Max I have not called him but I have had to email him several times due to mac issues with the website etc and I usually resolve the problem myself but I do at least get a response which is better than many of the other companies. RE being the worst IMHO.

Whilst I remember anyone doing the storage phone calls this week. I originally had one for next week but took one for this week last minute. It was the email one. I got an email response and I have filled the report in but when I try to forward the corrospondence as in the notes the email address is unknown. I have emailed the other person mentioned in the notes to state there is a problem but that was yesterday and I have not heard anything. If anyone does have the correct email address I would appreciate it so I can get the emails forwarded and know it is all done. Thanks in advance
