Might try the bottle of water. Thanks.

The reimbursement for this part just covers a drink. I feel the time sitting drinking it, is just wasted time with no gain. Would prefer it if the cafe was a completely separate visit with a proper fee and reimbursement. Not likely to happen though.

Oh, but it does - but with a different MS company...

I'm so glad I wasn't the only one who had to read that twice!

    Same here lol
  • One of the TNS supermarkets I do has a Starbucks instead of the cafe. Still have to MS it but at least you can get some proper coffee or a nice cake (albeit more expensive).

My last visit I answered 67 questions. A lot less than it first looks like. It was quite a straightforward visit. The questionnaire makes it look more complicated than it is. My main complaint with these visits is sitting for 10-20 minutes in the cafe with a drink I dont want.

I always buy a drink to take away with me. There is nothing in the notes to say you have to sit in the cafe!

My local one is the same. Has a branded coffee shop which makes ms'ing it much more bearable than the standard supermarket cafes! Coffee much nicer too!
  • I'm supposed to be doing a PIP job today and it says I have to use an address that they have emailed me but they havent emailed me anything! Cant find any useful info on their site and its my first with them. Any ideas...?

Hi, the address should be at the bottom of the job questionnaire. You can access it via your login details on their site.

Not sure if you should be putting company names in posts :)

Drink to take away seems popular. Makes sense. Why havent I done it before?

Mmmmm....would work in most stores but the cafe at my local store is at the back of the shop and upstairs. I think I thought it would seem strange to go past all the bottled drinks in the shop, upstairs, buy a drink and then go back out via the shop again. Or... I could buy a soft drink to go and just dump it in the first bin.

Thanks folks. Thats cut any future visit by at least 10 minutes.

One of my local GR supermarket cafes is like that, in which case I do buy a drink and sit for around 5 minutes.
