Sorry sarah-t but the reason WHY some companies have a sign-up test is in order for them to ascertain whether a person is suitable for the job.

It would therefore be tantamount to cheating if we were to help you.

Try and work out the answers for yourself. If you can't, then I'm afraid maybe mystery shopping isn't for you.

i had the same prob as mine said dead address was in the questionnaires and they will not open for me whatever i do. i emailed them and got sent one.
