Have you checked the signs correctly - the one in my Tesco SPECIFICALLY stated that the offer was for 'chart CDs'.....I went in today so don't know if they have changed them or if this is what it always said?

Yes, the signs in my nearest say chart cds.

    Disappointing

It reads as if MSE rung Tesco to clarify what was included in the promo and the existing promo on the bargain chart has now turned into a glitch which will soon be fixed. Boooooooooooo. The size of MSE working against points hunters on this occasion.

It happens, believe you me. Go read the PTS website - there are plenty of people on there who have lost their points for what clubcard said was "abuse of the scheme". It's a risk you take. You were lucky.

Hi Can you tell me what the PTS as in pts website stands for please

So that means it's not really a glitch, it is a complete error, and that perhaps those who bought cds that are not 'chart cds' will not get their points?

From what I recall, it's a website called 'Paid to Shop' hence PTS.

Labels were up all over the country with people buying on the strength of Tescos labelling, and also getting the points put on at the checkouts.

My guess is thats the end of it as there would be uproar across the country if thousands of people all had their points removed. Not sure of the legality of Tesco removing points either given people bought on the strength of their own labelling.

Regarding the forever love cd, I believe that is still working on the basis that it was in the compilation chart rather than the bargain chart.

Please can you take a picture of this label next time you're in the store, someone else earlier in the thread did but it came out blurry. Need a photocopy of this just incase push comes to shove with Tesco. Thankyou!!
