500 Tesco Clubcard points for a £6.00 spend

Don't panick they are doing a major upgrade of their software and there have been loads of bugs that can only be fixed and found as it goes live, IE, Gift Cards could not be used online for a while, some have the new Grocery website some are on the old system.
Great when its fully up and running, but a lot of the glitches will be gone forever.

Just checked 2 cards, and most of the CD points are showing on the balance. Others I'm sure will show in due course.

so when you buy something, do your points tend to go stright on the online balance? none of mine are showing! i guess they update overnight

Have you checked the signs correctly - the one in my Tesco SPECIFICALLY stated that the offer was for 'chart CDs'.....I went in today so don't know if they have changed them or if this is what it always said?

I've just been tesco for normal groceries, checked my receipt said points earned but balance not available?

Also went to tesco Direct in Bromboroughj no Forever Love cds there

Just been to tesco (and the bargain cds included in the offer yesterday are now not (no yellow stickers on them).Anyone else seen this?

Signs in my local now state that DVD and CDs in the Bargain charts are excluded from the promotion.

No, it takes a day or two for them to be added on. Your receipt should show how many you got on that visit as a separate number to the balnace.

As did our's when we bought them. Difference was the £1 cd was not in the cheap or bargain chart section but at the top of the display in the regular chart section like all new regular chart releases are and go. If they were intended for the regular chart they would possably have to honour the £1 cd points fully. They cant have been ment for the cheap chart as the little sel (or whatever tesco call them) was clearly placed in the shelfs in the section for the regular chart. I bet this will be the case for most stores if members care to mention what part of the cd section they were displayed?.

thanks so much to op, went to local mr t in reading (kings meadow) and had loads of the forever love. no special signs, with bargain ones at end of aisle.
picked up 12 so got a fab 3000 extra points. very happy indeed. lots left. the sales assistant saw me and said she wasn't sure what was happening with thise cds, no sooner had she stacked the shelf, it was empty again. she thought someone was shoplifting! :rotfl:
