went back to buy another 10 and dispite the women telling me she may not have time to pack them up for sending back, within an hour not only has she managed to find the time to package them up for returns but the returns van has been and there all gone

Thanks for the pronounciation, but i can read. And tell me how you came to the conclusion that this would be fraud or deception? Are tesco going to call the police if someone were to do this? Exploiting a stores promotions are just that, exploiting. Fraud and deception are prosecutable offences.
Is your dictionary endorsed by Tesco by any chance? If not, i cant see how you can apply this entry to this particular subject

has anyone got a list of the cds/price that can be used for this deal? Basically its 250 points per CD purchased (10 quid in deals)... so anythingh around £5 won't lose you money i guess.

In My local Tesco today it is only chart CDs and DVDs that are included and the cheapest is £7.49. Great deal if you want the product but not so good if you are an old duffer like me who doesn't listen to current chart music. Bad Co and Free anthology was there but I already have all those....:p
