    Debt-free and Proud!

Chris81418: My Dad has an old Yamaha AS1 (original 1971 model) which needs tarting up as it's been in the shed since I was born (nearly 40 yrs:eek:). He was going to do it himself but just hasn't got round to it. I'm looking to sell it, wish I could ride a motorbike.

... if only I had the space and money, I'd gladly take it off your hands - it would be a fanastic bike to take down to Goodwood for the Revival or even the Festival of Speed.

Well down BTW to 3Dogs & Co with chasing off that troll!
:money: Proud to [STRIKE]be dealing with[/STRIKE] have dealt with my debts! :money:

Morning all - and thanks for your entertaining posts. The cheek of that troll - cheeky b***er. Well, thanks to your help I managed to spend less than £2 in Wilko yesterday and only £12 odd in Asda which is absolutely amazing for me - it really works, when you start thinking about NSD's and LSD's. Today should be an NSD cos we don't need anything and I plan to stay put - hoping for a bit of sunshine later. Have a lovely day everyone xx

Managed my 3rd NSD on Friday, but had to spend yesterday (DS finished the milk before turning in on Friday night/Saturday morning) !!!!

Not sure whether today will be an NSD or not..... I plan to spend most of it on my major declutter (which normally keeps me out of the shops), but need to nip down to work (Mr M) to see if a shift swap is happening this week or not (the lass I need to speak to is in today, but I won't see her again until after the swap if it's going ahead). Plan to go down early (before Whoospies get 'interesting'), as going down towards the end of the day could be rather dangerous for my purse rolleyes.gif

    Morning all!
I'm hoping for a NSD today - I have to do the weekly shop but that's from a different budget and planned for - I also have £9 in vouchers to use on it (£6 Mr S voucher, £2.50 nectar voucher, 50p voucher).

OH is threatening to start the front garden tidy up today so we may need a trip to B&Qs but hopefully not.

Goo dluck to everyone else. No UNREQUIRED spending ladies (and gent?)!

    Hello ddh213....
Alternatively, you could come to Glasgow with us and we could use you for target practice - I have a very effective troll zapper gun!!
Nah! We'll just use 'it' as a decoy to distract the bouncers :D And the only thing I fed our little visitor was a rather large helping of raspberries so here's hoping the audible [virtual] ones have the same effect on a troll's digestive system as the fruit does on mine :rotfl:That'll keep the twit busy for a while & fingers X the loo roll has run out :j

The troll might well be a wee ned (I'm pretty sure that translates as chav, but less Burberry and more tracksuit with baseball cap at 45 degree). In which case putdowns will be good practise for you all on the 30th.

PureDeadDopey will perhaps make sure the next lingo lessons are adequate putdowns (that we can put on a public forum ;)).

Oh, wedding RSVP and birthday cards got in the way of NSD 3.

You must teach me in the ways of organising NSD's!

Though, as I paid the CC off at the beginning of the month, there's not much left so NSD's toward the end of the month should get easier :D.
OOHhhh roo-dees! Yes Pleeeez :T Then I can tell the Offspring what I think of their ridiculous ideas & they won't have a clue :p
As for the cards, I try to keep a little stock of general cards that would be OK for friends & also some of those nice notelet type cards that would also be suitable for almost any occasion. It's still only a hand-written letter, but jazzed up a bit with a pretty/comical picture on the front!

Hi everyone....Anyway, I'd gladly provide a motorcycle escort; and normally I'd wear my kilt at the drop of a hat - unfortunatley, motorbikes and kilts don't mix sez hoo  ...
Does that mean you'll join us on our happy wanderings? And if you already have the tartan, any recommendations of sights to see during our stay? Of course sad-smiley-053.gifI am talking of cultural & educational Chris; you'll have to excuse the harmless reference to male totty--we're not all like that!

For anyone whose an Emmerdale fan, I saw 'Cain' on a chat show t'other day & he was saying he suffers with Crohns too. He's running the marathon again this year to raise money for that & Leukemia research; plus he's married to the lady playing the vet whose apparently just turned up in the Dales. Me muvva watches it but I gave up on most soaps a few years back, when they all began copying the same story-lines within days of each other

I had a little smile on my face as I climbed the wooden hill to Bedfordshire last night :) --I've only gone & got FIVE nsds out of the last seven ain't I :j Yesterday was indeedy No5 if you please, so woo-hoo to meeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

However, this mornings a transport one because we will need to be on a bus or the clockwork orange at some point.

comeoangetaffmabus please alight from my mode of transport
